Cooper has done a good job filling out his frame since last season and looks much fitter to play four quarters of varsity football. He was a versatile key for the Bears. He played out wide as a receiver, took some handoffs as a running back, and played safety for the Berlin defense. His speed and quickness are lethal if he gets into open space. Cooper has a glass ceiling and could be someone who blows up here soon with his skill set.

Ailes is a playmaking speedster in the backfield of the Olentangy Berlin Bears. He’s not just football fast Cooper is state level 100-meter dash fast as he proved so with a 10.45 100. With that speed he has an extensive range that allows him to cover an extensive amount of ground in a short time. When he gets to the play he flashed strong ball skills and an ability to play the ball rather than the man.

Cooper Ailes Cooper Ailes 5'11" | 175 lbs | DB/WR Olentangy Berlin | 2029 State OH is a starting two-way prospect for Olentangy Berlin. Ailes is a strong wide receiver with good leaping ability. He can jump in the air, snatch the ball and come down with possession in a crowd. Ailes can be a hard-hitting thumper at safety who can dislodge the ball with heavy hits. Plays much bigger than his size would indicate and has plenty of time to grow and add bulk.

Cooper is a top track athlete in the state. Although I think Cooper will have a career in track after his high school days, I want to see where he lines up talent-wise against some of the DB prospects here.

Cooper is one of the very few underclassmen who get starting reps for Olentangy Berlin. As a freshman, he showcases great athleticism with home run speed. He’s a top track athlete in Ohio who has made the transition to varsity football. He can bring down catches through contact. It’s still early for Cooper, but I like what he’s put out so far.
