About Nolan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a versatile player with the ability to work and produce on or off the ball. I am able to make transition from catch to tuck to become a runner quickly and I am aggressive working down the field of play. I have good hands with great height and speed and can hang on to ball through contact. I can read the field of play well and make and continue my blocks till the whistle.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Overall I am quiet but listen and observe very well. I obtain all good and bad criticism so I can improve in all aspects of the game. I am a great team advocate and leader on and off the field. I set goals each season to try to achieve them by the end of next season.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I like to participate in all activities where we can support the school spirit that has been developed at Berlin HS. I also play for The Ohio 7 U18 team.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a great leader and my sportsmanship is great. I will compete with the best and will always give due where it is due.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced some personal challenges in my life in which I have handled very well and I aspire to accomplish and overcome my goals that I set.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a strong academic program that has a great football program!! It doesn't matter what level I will choose as long as I am happy in the end and I am able to achieve my personal goals. I want a great football program where I mesh with the coaches and will get the best coaching possible. I want to be able to learn from them each and every day.

Nolan was a kid I knew nothing about before I arrived on campus Sunday afternoon. By the time I had left I was an absolute believer. The Ohio Tight end showed everything one would want to see of a next level player. Nolan showed excellent top end speed for a big man running an impressive 4.73 40 yard dash. He also tested out well in the broad jump with an impressive 8’9″ jump. Nolan made an impressive showing during one on one’s displaying solid hands and excellent route running. I was not surprised to see Nolan get an offer sunday and would guess other offers will roll in for this young man soon.
