Dallas ran routes with purpose and determination throughout the day, showing that he is not just a ground attack weapon but can also hurt the defense through the air as well. He showed reliable hands, confidently hauling in passes through traffic and proving he can be trusted downfield as a route runner. There is a lot to like in how Dallas plays the position.

[player_tooltip player_id='2074347' first='Peter' last='DiBlasi']'s lower body build makes it apparent that he is an RB that can leg drive through would-be tacklers with ease. Early on at Rize, he had some difficulty with decelerating and getting his feet chopped down in tighter change of direction work, but he noticeably improved as the day progressed. Once the focus shifted into route work for the running backs, he looked more comfortable and began to find a better rhythm. In the passing game, Peter showed the ability to create separation against linebackers and present himself as a reliable outlet option for the quarterback.

[player_tooltip player_id='2210008' first='Jordan' last='Peeples'] has the build and frame you want to see in a 2030 running back. His powerful jump cut stood out, showing he can quickly redirect and create space in the open field. In the L-drill, he had a few hiccups in changing directions, but as the day went on his movements looked more natural, finishing the event on a stronger note with improved performance and rhythm. With continued development, Jordan's trajectory is clearly pointing in the right direction.

A smooth mover in space, Malaki showed the ability to string together clean, efficient cuts without losing momentum. His agility stands out in particular, allowing him to slip through tight lanes and adjust quickly on the fly. At Rize, he consistently ran with a low pad level and demonstrated that he is decisive with the ball in his hands, makes him an effective, no hesitation runner once he identifies a crease.

One of the quicker backs on the field, [player_tooltip player_id='1518251' first='Ayveron' last='Hudson'] consistently exploded out of the backfield with impressive burst at the Rize. His ability to get in and out of cuts without losing momentum was highlighted during individual positional drills, effortlessly moving through space. He also flashed value as a receiving threat as well when going up against the LBs, showing the versatility to make plays both on the ground and through the air.

[player_tooltip player_id='2060983' first='Liam' last='Cittrich'] stood out early in the morning testing, moving with a natural ease through both the L-drill and 5-10-5. His ability to change direction looked fluid and efficient, as he is much quicker than you would expect at first glance. What really separated him was his acceleration out of any position. Once Liam plants and goes, he can hit his top speed in an instant. That burst, combined with his movement skills, makes him a difficult player to track down once he gets into space and gets the ball in his hands.

Nathaniel Kelly runs with a determined, no nonsense running style that will show up the most when he's working between the tackles. He showed at Rize that he can make those short jump cuts fluidly and hit the hole with aggression and a forward lean. I anticipate Nathaniel being a reliable option in short yardage situations, a RB that can convert tough, tight window carries through effort and physicality.

With a nickname like “Glitch,” you know his quickness is going to grab your attention. [player_tooltip player_id='2059193' first='Marcquise' last='Taylor'] operates with choppy, rhythmic footwork that keeps defenders guessing and off balance. His lateral burst on Saturday showed he can bounce plays to the outside and consistently find open space with ease. Once he sees a crease, he accelerates cleanly into it, making him a constant problem for defenses trying to contain him.

A running back that has a natural feel for finding daylight, [player_tooltip player_id='2100328' first='Jordn' last='Davis-Singh'] has the ability to carve through defenses with impressive vision and patience. He showed in positional drills that he can react quickly to the field in front of me, and make his way through tight spaces without hesitation. Jordn is the type of back that could disappear into a pile only to emerge on the other side unscathed as he heads for the end zone.

Rize's running back group was deep with talent on Saturday. Each player elevated their status by displaying the skills, characteristics, and the drive necessary to be a reliable weapon in the backfield. The list continues with 9 more RBs that stood out from the crowd, making their presence known and setting the stage for what's to come.
