Ka'Vion Campbell-Walker gave his verbal commitment to Ball State. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound safety is a hard-hitter with a nose for the ball. Campbell-Walker has great closing speed, remains a strong kickoff coverage defender and is a proven tackler in space. A multi-way contributor on a solid, winning program with high-upside for the next level.

Miami-Ohio loves recruiting the state of Indiana, and the Redhawks got a potential cornerstone offensive tackle in Culver Military Academy lineman Charlie Lawson - a 6-foot-6, 290-pound left tackle who has a mean streak in the run game. Lawson is a great finisher who drives his feet on contact and does a tremendous job of creating vertical push. Expect big things for him in 2026.

Perhaps no prospect in the state of Indiana will have tougher choices to make than [player_tooltip player_id='1180305' first='Mason' last='Oglesby']. The New Palestine High School tight end/defensive end added an offer from Texas A&M on April 8. Oglesby has made serious strides in our rankings over the past year. He has visited Ohio State, Purdue, and Indiana over the past two weeks alone.

[player_tooltip player_id='1974052' first='Oscar' last='Frye'] gave Illinois State his verbal commitment this month. Playing for the FCS national championship runner-ups will not be easy, but Frye has the goods with his strong arm, quick trigger and winning pedigree. He totaled 2,655 yards, 29 touchdowns, and just two interceptions last season; with Brownsburg keeping most of their talent intact, the Bulldogs are on the fast track to three-peating with Frye under center.

After Illinois State and Lindenwood offered at the end of March, Ball State offered the vastly-underrated Lawrence North defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='2061077' first='Errol' last='Kerns'] III, becoming his first FBS offer. He is a very good downhill-hitting defensive back with outstanding closing speed and hard-hitting ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='546688' first='Cole' last='Stephens'] picked up his first offer from Illinois State. Expect more to come for the 6-foot-2, 205-pound quarterback as college coaches get an in-person look at him this spring. He threw for 3,747 yards, ranked No. 9 in the nation and No. 1 in the state, in passing yards in 2025.
