is too good to be outside of our top 10 as arguably the highest-impact prospect in the state. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound prospect could even be the best the state has to offer. Oglesby’s ball skills at tight end, and his pass rush abilities and strengths against the run on defense, and with one more year of high school left to go, there’s nothing stopping him from reaching the top.

has blossomed as a high school player over the past three years and his senior season figures to be his best one yet. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound, Class of 2027 prospect has been a strong tight end, displaying great hands, adjustment to the ball and good top-end speed for his size. Expect Oglesby to make serious noise in 2026 as he led New Pal to a state championship last fall.

has been perhaps the state’s most consistent prospect since day one of his freshman season. Oglesby, originally an outside linebacker, has flourished as a tight end, making athletic catches, adjusting to the ball and flashing an excellent combination of size and speed on a state championship-winning New Palestine squad. Ogeslby is a tremendous athlete with huge upside in a college program.

had a big game against Decatur Central: he had 73 yards receiving and a touchdown as a tight end, and two sacks and one forced fumble on defense. New Palestine held Decatur Central’s explosive offense in-check, holding the Hawks to just six points. Oglesby is a great pass rusher with a great frame, and likely one of the top Hoosier State recruiting targets in the Class of 2027.

Oglesby has started since his freshman season. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound outside linebacker earned the trust of head coach Kyle Ralph and made a big impact on his state championship winning squad. He is a tall, long edge prospect who takes good angles as a tackler and is very instinctive. He is also a tight end on offense.

Oglesby has been on radars since his freshman season, a player head coach Kyle Ralph has a lot of confidence in. Oglesby is a talented outside linebacker with good size and a great frame. He’s a disruptive pass rusher and stout vs. the run, and a great open-field tackler in the flat. He’s also a tight end on offense.
