Banner has D1 offers under his belt, but as some QB dominoes start to fall, I would pay close attention to how his stock rises between now and the start of his senior season. Banner is a truly gifted athlete at his size and can break the game as a runner, both by design and when the play breaks down. At his size, he is capable of dropping his shoulder and running through people as well. He has a quick, explosive throwing motion and gives his receivers a chance down the field. Truly big-time playmaker who should find a D1 home.

Schletty, who is now at Roswell, also holds D1 offers and is a candidate to rise as coaches roll through his new home in the spring. There's a lot to love about this kid athletically. Yet another big body who can be drawn up opportunities in the run game and tack on physical yards. He works off-platform and on the move efficiently as well. He is a drive ball thrower, creating easy velocity on the ball. Schletty has my attention, and I assume the attention of college coaches, as we head into the spring.

Boler is another big body with an impressive athletic background. Boler, who also plays basketball, has D1 tools, but is a little more overlooked than others on this list, although he has still received some recruiting buzz. His long strides help him eat up space and trot away from defenders when he breaks free. Whippy, long, natural arm talent who can drive the ball on a rope. I imagine coaches will want to see him up close to see what kind of finesse he plays with. Another fun player.

Carter is one of the newer names to me on this list, but is still someone to watch as the offseason rolls on. Consistent with the previous guys on this list, you have to love the size here, and he is still filling out and becoming a stronger player. I am a big fan of the touch here. Flashes of perfect timing and placement are littered all over tape, layering the ball just over the outstretched hands of DBs into the hands of his receivers. He is still tightening up mechanically and there is D1 upside here.

The 2028 QB class in Georgia should start taking shape this offseason, and Page has always been one of my favorites at that position in the class. Page, now up to 210 pounds, doubles as an intriguing baseball prospect. Stout, explosive player who gets the ball out in a hurry. He is at his best when he can make quick decisions and drive the ball into tight windows, but he did flash the ability to push the ball over the top as a sophomore. I am excited to see how this kid develops in the fall.

There's been so much growth for Clements over the last 18 months, both physically and as an operator. I've seen it up close several times, and this kid can really spin it. He is a baseball player with a quick, clean, explosive delivery. Different levels of touch and trajectory are littered on tape, but the fact is, this kid can touch each part of the field and continues to show marked improvements. With two years of development ahead of him, plus his physical traits, it feels like a matter of time before some recruiting buzz gets going here.

I am an absolutely huge fan of Wiggins and believe he will continue to be a candidate for top GA QB in the 2029 class if he grows the way we think he will. He is still on the thinner side with room to get bigger, but he is loose, wiry, and has such a natural pace and feel as a passer. He gets the ball out quickly with easy spin. I love the poise and production as well for his age. In space, as a runner, he can shift his weight and change his direction. He picked up a January offer from Samford, but I think there are FBS and P4 offers on the way for him at some point.

It's a matter of time before Thomas picks up the major recruiting attention he deserves, and it will probably align with his eventual breakout on varsity. Thomas has an over-the-top release and a big arm, easily pushing and spinning the ball downhill. His release should speed up as he develops and tightens. He can be a difference maker as a runner. He is stout, quick to his top speed, and hard to bring down at contact. Wouldn't be shocked if college coaches want to get ahead of the game with an offer this spring, but regardless, his breakout is inevitable.

Similar to Thomas, Fowler is a guy to watch. He is at a recruiting hotspot, at a premium position, and has some traits worth a close look. While thin and still growing, he has an elastic delivery and can spin the ball. He is a good athlete as well, evidenced as being one of the top testers at our January Stock Up Tour. I've seen this kid in person a few times, and it's clear he has some upside. Another guy where it seems like a matter of when, not if, regarding his recruiting process.
