Schletty is entering his final season of high school football, which is going to be the most important season of his career. This will only help him along the way and will put him in a position to succeed. With that being said, they will still let the talented gunslinger use his legs, which is something he did very well this last season, as he finished with nearly 1,000 yards rushing as a quarterback. Schletty, who is now at Roswell, also holds D1 offers and is a candidate to rise as coaches roll through his new home in the spring. There’s a lot to love about this kid athletically. Yet another big body who can be drawn up opportunities in the run game and tack on physical yards. He works off-platform and on the move efficiently as well. He is a drive ball thrower, creating easy velocity on the ball. Schletty has my attention, and I assume the attention of college coaches, as we head into the spring.
