Hughley has obviously proved that, and he has continued to grow each year as a starter. Last season I felt like we saw him grow into that mature and next level guy for sure showing that he is going to soon enough be a star as Clemson once he arrives at the college world. He really took over in big moments last season in the playoffs showing when his team needs him most. In the state championship game, he made certain plays needed for his team that was really a takeover type of moment. I believe with all of his growth and ability, he can have a historic season for the Red Elephants and in the state of Georgia.

Recruitment: Committed to Clemson

[player_tooltip player_id='1096362' first='Lyndon' last='Worthy'] is one of the state's best quarterbacks and in the 2027 class with Worth County. Worthy is a 3X 1st team All-Region quarterback. 9,000+ passing yards, 90+ Passing TDs, State Champion MVP. Worthy is someone I really feel like could have a historic season in 2026 with Worth County. He has all of the ability to do so, and he has a high game IQ. Excited to see the big things he will do this season.

Recruitment: Offers include Troy University.

[player_tooltip player_id='409989' first='Trace' last='Hawkins'] is another talent that I have covered since his middle school days and knew he had something special about him that was going to come about and obviously it did. He has a great ability and a great deal of talent He already has a state championship under his belt, and he led his team to that as a freshman.
