He’s quickly becoming one of the top overall quarterbacks in Middle Georgia and should absolutely see some offers come his way this winter. Maxwell is a breakout sophomore QB who has produced efficiently through the first half of the season. He is a baseball athlete, which shows with his quick release and dispenser playstyle. He is a good decision maker, gets the ball out, and clearly has a firm grasp of what he is asked to do offensively. I am eager to see hw he grows athletically over the next few years, because his operative skills are impressive for his age.

He seems calm in the pocket, shows good footwork, and knows how to put some zip on the ball. He’s young, but he knows how to win, leading the Bears to a strong 5-0 start. He plays the position well and has one of the strongest arms you’ll find in the area.
