Elite 11 LA Regional: Top Performers (Part 1)

He was ripping the ball all over the field to all levels and the ball was getting to the receivers in a hurry. He's comfortable with all the footwork during the drills and can deliver a clean ball while on the run. One website named him their MVP of the day and he certainly had a case for it. There was a drill where quarterbacks had to make throws to the back of the endzone while navigating pressure and Kaho was delivering strikes from multiple arm angles while on the run. Other quarterbacks at the camp were oohing and ahhing over some of his reps during the day. He's bigger than he looks on film and showed athleticism during the drills. His release is quick with kind of a whip of a throwing motion and the ball gets to his target in a hurry. Benitez had gotten significantly bigger and stronger each offseason and had one of the more impressive frames of the day. He has always had arm talent but his accuracy has improved and he was delivering strikes throughout the day. His release is smooth and the ball comes out his hand nicely. He struggled with some of the footwork in one of the later drills but quickly cleaned that up as well. He looked comfortable with the footwork in all of the drills and was throwing very accurate balls. Rakowski doesn't physically stand out like some of the others but is a gamer when the pads come on. He can make any throw asked of him and make it look easy. He was hitting receivers right out of their breaks on in-breaking and out-breaking routes.
