Weber had some of the top throws at the Elite 11 Final and can make all the throws on top of being a very good athlete for his size. He is committed to Cal and all of his top receivers are back this season. Expectations are high for Weber and Chaparral this year and he can deliver.

Weber wasn’t as consistent as some of the top guys at the camp but his top throws were as good as anyone’s. He was sharp in the rail shot challenge on night one and can really drive the ball up the field on deeper throws. Weber had a nice pro day workout is a gamer when the pads come on.

He is competing at the Elite 11 Finals this weekend in Los Angeles and was one of the few uncommitted quarterbacks on the roster prior to Thursday.

Cincinnati and UCLA were also in Weber’s top three and he also had offers from Georgia, Michigan and Oregon among others. Weber is the eighth player from California in Cal’s 2027 recruiting class and the first quarterback.

Weber has a smooth delivery and can get the ball up the field effortlessly with a flick of the wrist when needed. He’s comfortable with all the footwork during the drills and can deliver a clean ball while on the run. One website named him their MVP of the day and he certainly had a case for it. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Weber earn an invite to the Elite 11 Final this summer at some point soon.
