The 6-foot-5, 295-pound prospect has excellent anchor strength as a DT, can occupy multiple blockers and aggrssively takes on double team blocks, allowing other defenders to clean up the play. He is a solid pass rusher, too. He is very good at getting open and creating separation down the sideline, consistently wins one-on-one battles and displays great adjustment to the ball. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound linebacker made tackle after tackle for the Braves that kept them in it right up until the very in. He made a great open-field tackle on 4th and Goal, plays with great bend and technique, and registered a sack on the opening series. A strong and tough knock-back tackler on defense, McCoy takes great angles to the ball and is very instinctive. He is a tough inside runner on offense.
