Ensor snagged two touchdowns, both tough catches: his first required him to adjust low and his second score required him to high-point the ball and make an acrobatic catch in coverage. The under-the-radar 6-foot-4 senior, who I have never seen or heard of previously, stood out in all three phases of the game: on offense he was a receiver who made an acrobatic catch in the third quarter. His primary responsibility was as an edge, where his size, quick first step and arm length allowed him to excel as a pass rusher. On defense he took a recovered fumble to the house and put the game out of reach. Jefferson could be a late-blooming recruit or wind up starting off at a small school and going somewhere bigger later. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound prospect really came on later in the game. Flashing a quick first step and solid edge speed, Cox knows how to shed blocks, turn the corner and take good angles to the QB. Against the run he is a stout tackler in the open field. He recovered a forced fumble, effectively runs through contact with the ball in his hands and is a legitimate threat to go the distance.
