Expert Analysis

Bransyn Ensor made a huge impact for the Eagles. Ensor snagged two touchdowns, both tough catches: his first required him to adjust low and his second score required him to high-point the ball and make an acrobatic catch in coverage. Ensor is very tough and will be a key returner on next year’s team.

Ensor Hanley has 2 good seasons under his belt as he heads into year 3. He’s been highly productive and reliable. He’ll move the chains at the bare minimum and you know he’s good to catch it. He’s a great slot receiver as he’s shifty, knows how to get open, and shows up every day. With 70 catches for over 1600 yards and 22 TDs so far, Hanley is right on track.

Having one of the best freshman seasons on the offensive side of the ball is the young WR from South Putnam. He came in and right away week 1 was a big play hitter for that offense. Not only did they make an effort to get him involved, they didn’t really need to try. Ensor does a lot of it himself because he’s just that talented. He’s explosive and has no issue getting behind the defense. He has very little wasted movement off the line and can cut on a dime which is why he’s such a good deep threat. He averaged over 30 yards per catch this year and put up 788 yards and 11 TDs on 28 catches. Get the ball in Ensor’s hands and let him do the rest, because you can’t coach speed.
