He is one of the most explosive playmakers across the western region and is going to be an absolute steal for a college program as we near the final signing day. Crockett has elite open field speed and route running abilities and is a natural pass catcher with tremendous tracking abilities and body control at the POA while able to break away and make big splash plays after the catch. He currently holds offers from Idaho State and Portland State and others should come knocking soon as rosters are starting to take shape for the spring and each respective '26 recruiting class.     McDaniel saw quite the jump in our final rankings after having a tremendous off-season and senior year for Thunder Ridge and has been slated as the second tight end in the class just behind Washington State commit [player_tooltip player_id='401583' first='Drew' last='Byrd']. The Utah State commit is sure handed, has a huge catch radius and high point abilities while also an elite level blocker on the outside that finishes blocks and is violent from the H-Back/Y position or attached on the line. A do it all player with the ideal size/frame moving to the next level, he has a high ceiling and should be a household name in the Mountain West in the coming years.     Wolthuis checks into our rankings as one of the best at his position in the class and is one of the more complete receivers across the western region. He had a terrific off-season heading into his senior year and exploded onto the scene in his final season and has signed with Idaho already during the early signing period. He is a smooth route runner with the ideal size and length for the Big Sky and can create separation downfield with terrific natural hands/tracking skills and can go up and win on contested catches. After the catch he is tough to take down, a very strong runner that can break open field tackles and should make a impact early in the FCS ranks.     Newman sees a big rise in our final rankings checking in as the top ranked ATH as he offers tons of position versatility at the next level on either side of the ball and is one of the more impressive athletes across the region with tremendous length and long speed downfield. From his quarterback position running a option offense, he showed he is a true dual threat with a good initial burst, high football IQ when reading defenders and can break away in the open field with vision, contact balance and the ability to make defenders miss in space. He also shows he can fit the ball into tight windows, gets it out quick and has a nice deep ball with proper velocity and touch. Newman doubles as a edge rusher as well and showed violent hands, natural bend around the corner and twitch off the edge when countering back inside. He currently holds offers from Carroll College and Rocky Mountain.     Tracy enters into our rankings as one of the top players at his position and is coming off a breakout senior season for Fruitland. He is a twitchy athlete that can get open quickly, pluck the ball out of the air with natural hands and shows he can make big plays downfield with open field speed and some short area twitch after the catch. He is a smart player that can settle and beat zone coverage while athletic enough to get off press man with a quick release and body control through hands on and is elusive after the catch and tough to bring down in one on one situations. Look for tracy to be another late steal for a college program and should have a nice college career and make a instant impact at the D3+ level.
