Tracy enters into our rankings as one of the top players at his position and is coming off a breakout senior season for Fruitland. He is a twitchy athlete that can get open quickly, pluck the ball out of the air with natural hands and shows he can make big plays downfield with open field speed and some short area twitch after the catch. He is a smart player that can settle and beat zone coverage while athletic enough to get off press man with a quick release and body control through hands on and is elusive after the catch and tough to bring down in one on one situations. Look for tracy to be another late steal for a college program and should have a nice college career and make a instant impact at the D3+ level.
