Marable might have had the best individual performance of the day as he produced seven total touchdowns in his team's title game win over Franklin Road Academy. This future Ivy Leaguer had 61 yards on the ground while generating 384 yards through the air. He was definitely a difference maker against the Panthers defense with a well earned and highly productive MVP performance in his final high school game.

Curtis was a man among boys on the field Thursday afternoon. Anything he wanted to do, he could do against an overwhelmed USJ football team. The future Commodore helped lead his team to back to back state titles after his six touchdown and MVP day against the Bruins. His talent was on full display in this game where he showcased his powerful right arm and running abilities that you will see in the Southeastern Conference next season.

If it wasn't Curtis causing damage against the Bruins defense, it was Ward. This Top 10 ranked running back by Prep Redzone TN was a force in the Eagles 59-7 win over USJ where Ward ran around and through the Bruins, while producing multiple touchdown runs. His ability to hit the hole quickly and break off would-be tacklers proved to be a difference maker the Bruins could not find an answer for.

This native Canadian capped off his junior year in style as he took home MVP honors after stellar performance in his team's 28-24 title game victory over Brentwood Academy. Gabriel-Georges has been sensational all season and he was once again as he produced 212 total offensive yards (152 rushing, 60 receiving) and two touchdowns against the Eagles. He's had bigger days this Fall but his athletic running style and ability to pick up first downs made a big difference in this championship contest.

Baylor might have taken home the title and individual game honors but Sanders might have been the best overall performer on the field. This junior running back had one of his best performances of the season as he ran for 215 yards on 29 carries while scoring three times versus a good Baylor defense. It was an outstanding performance and breakout moment for this junior back that is quickly rising up the charts as a legit college prospect.

One of the top overall performers on the field Thursday night was this junior pass catcher that displayed game changing abilities. I don't know if the stats are there for Bowman but he was certainly a difference maker that the Baylor staff had to know about on every offensive play. His athleticism and speed stood out big time, which was a factor that kept his Eagles team in the ball game.

Curry has put forth a breakout season for his Wildcats team and it continued in the championship where this sophomore wideout had 9 receptions for 173 yards and 3 touchdowns against the Panthers. His speed and run after the catch abilities proved to be a problem for FRA as Curry consistently got himself open. If it wasn't for Marable's top level day, Curry might have been the Wildcats game MVP in their state title victory.

If it wasn't Curry getting the ball, it went to Porter and when he touched it, this freshman receiver made the Panthers defense pay. Sporting great size and strong hands, Porter used those physical traits well against FRA as he produced 9 receptions for 152 yards and 1 touchdown in the championship victory. Taking home their 6th football title, Porter was a key piece in getting the job done for his BGA team and this is only the start as this sure handed pass catcher has three more years remaining.

His stat might not show it but Rein made two of the most important plays in Baylor's 28-24 win over Brentwood Academy. Trailing late in the 4th quarter, [player_tooltip player_id='222957' first='Briggs' last='Cherry'] found Rein in the back of the end zone to put the Red Raiders ahead and on the impending defensive series, this sophomore playmaker produced a sack that crippled the Eagles chances. Keep ears open on Rein into the off-season as I expect his recruiting to absolutely blow up!

Whenever the Eagles defense was on the field, this senior disruptor stood out. McClary had a standout day as he constantly played in the USJ backfield. Whether he was making plays against the run or sacking the quarterback, the Eagles edge rusher was everywhere making problems for the Bruins. McClary sits unsigned post signing day but whoever lands him in February could be getting a steal with a lot of upside left to be fulfilled.

The Panthers might have taken defeat Thursday afternoon but I thought Neal was a standout performer for his team and a guy to watch in the off-season as a recruiting stock riser. Going both ways on the line for his team, Neal did a good job of moving people up front on offense while also being an interior disruptor on defense. BGA did a lot of work getting the ball out quick or on quarterback runs, so they tried to stay away from Neal but he still made his presence felt on several occasions.

Even though his Eagles fell in defeat, I thought Jointer flashed big time and did so in multiple ways. Recently signing with Miami Ohio, the Eagles safety made plays all over the field Thursday night as he did excellent work in run support against Gabriel-Georges while also showing his ball hawk skills by picking off Cherry in the second half. Jointer played a key role in helping slow down the Red Raiders offense on occasions and the Eagles would not be close in this contest without the play of this future MAC football player.
