(Several more offensive tackle prospects will jump on our radar over the coming months and year but right now, these are the guys we have either scouted, seen in person or know about going into summer camp season)

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='423394' first='Koehn' last='Dial'] - Battle Ground Academy

- Over the past two years, Dial has steadily seen his stock rise into a national prospect due to his physical size and potential to play tackle on the next level. Standing near 6'7 300 pounds, this Mid-Tennessee product has the look of a college guy and he performs nearly like one too. Dial does a good job of moving his feet to stay square with his opponent then using his powerful upper body and hands to keep rushers engaged with him instead of chasing after the quarterback. The Wildcats junior is a technician that tends to do all the little things right to succeed. His biggest thing moving forward is continuing to enhance his athleticism and foot speed. Doing that will help him sustain a career on the outside but at worst, Dial could move inside to guard and dominate as a mauling run blocker.

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='1704258' first='Dante' last='Wade'] - Baylor

- Wade is an interesting prospect as I can see him continuing to form into a tackle prospect but depending on how his development goes, I could also see him sliding inside to guard. The Red Raiders junior is a big human being at 6'7 300 pounds that provides the look and overall size to handle the outside but could also dominate on the interior as well. Wade is a solid athlete that displays good mobility in his lower base and the footwork to mirror his opponent. Now his feet do need to get quicker as Wade will see some speed demons on the college stage but the framework is in place for this Canadian native to improve in this area. Right now, I am leaning towards Wade forming into a college offensive guard but I can see him developing properly and turning into a right tackle over time.

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='2182382' first='Ty' last='Hathaway'] - Lipscomb Academy

- Still growing into his body with tons of room to go, Hathaway is dripping with potential at offensive tackle and the upside to potentially handle the left side in college. That's a big part why Hathaway has recently landed offers from Boston College, California and Duke. The Mustangs junior has the build and makeup of an eventual college left tackle but Hathaway must continue learning the position while gaining the needed weight. The athleticism is definitely here as Hathaway shows excellent lower base agility and quick footwork that allows him to stay in front of his opponent and keep him away from the quarterback. Plenty of work is left to be done as Hathaway is still maturing into his body but you can see the building blocks of something special and I believe that's a big reason why college coaches are quite enamored.

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='1206975' first='Tanner' last='Mills'] - Briarcrest Christian

- Moving from MUS to Briarcrest Christian this off-season to finish his high school career, Mills is a talented O-lineman that brings the size and potential to play tackle in college but further work is needed. The Saints junior is a good athlete that moves his lower body well but increasing his agility and athleticism is a must for him to maintain a college career on the outside. What Mills does bring to the field right now is physicality and the ability to shut down pass rushers by engulfing them. He does move well enough to succeed on the outside but increasing his foot speed is something he must develop. I do see a future at guard for Mills but I can also see one at right tackle if he continues to develop his body while learning the game and his position much further.

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='2205374' first='Mason' last='Wells'] - Montgomery Bell Academy

- This Nashville area big man is starting to emerge on the recruiting scene due to his potential to play tackle on the college level and possibly do so on the left side. Wells is a tall, long and athletic blocker that moves well, displaying the lower base mobility to handle the pass rush and have successful reps. He also shows early work with his technique that plays up well and should only get better with college coaching. I do see potential with Wells to form into a left tackle over time but at worst, the Big Red junior can develop into a nice swing tackle that could take reps on either side of the line. Time will be needed for Wells to get bigger and stronger but the building blocks are certainly there for this junior offensive lineman to become one of the better tackle prospects from our in-state TN2028 class.

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='2166201' first='Bryson' last='Hardy'] - Pope Prep

- There isn't a lot of buzz right now for this Mid-Tennessee big man but I believe in time and maybe soon, Hardy will become a highly pursued prospect due to his upside at tackle. This 6 '6 tall and long offensive lineman has the look and feel of a future college tackle that brings all the athletic traits to excel handling the pass rush. The first thing you like about Hardy is his athletic upside. This dude moves well, showing an agile lower base and quick footwork. He does well at getting out his stance quickly and squaring up with his opponent. The Knights junior is still raw in some ways and learning the game but you love the upside. Hardy also needs to continue getting bigger and stronger to succeed at tackle in college but the tools and traits are in place for this big man to become a highly recruited prospect over time.

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='1709991' first='Austin' last='McGowan'] - Marion Co.

- If any coaches are looking for an under the radar junior to keep tabs on, it could be this Chattanooga area big man that displays versatility along with upside to play tackle in college. Standing 6 '5 260 pounds, McGowan has the size and body frame to develop nicely on the outside but for him to remain there, the Warriors junior must enhance his athleticism while getting bigger and stronger. You see on film a solid athlete that can improve in that area along with physical game play that works well in the run game. Handling the pass rush is something I'm curious to learn about McGowan moving forward as he doesn't see the kind of rushers on the 2A level like he will in college. Watching how he progresses this coming season will go a long way towards labeling him as a college tackle but at worst, McGowan can form into a stellar offensive guard.

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='2173301' first='Alex' last='Judd'] - Riverdale

- This guy is someone that many don't know about right now but in my scouting, I see potential here with Judd and his ability to potentially play tackle on the college stage. What makes me think this guy has a shot at playing the outside in college is due to his size and body build along with his athletic makeup. The Warriors big man moves well, displaying solid footwork and the ability to stay in front of his opponent. He also shows nice bend and a solid release off the line. I can see a scenario down the road where Judd forms into a guard but I like the upside for him to remain at tackle. Judd is still raw and growing into the game and his body but the tools are in place for him to take over a starting tackle role this Fall and develop nicely into one of the better guys at his position within our TN2028 class.
