2027 Martinsburg WR/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1154974' first='Boston' last='Todd'] moves up just three spots in the rankings update, but now sits inside the Top 5 as our #2 overall prospect in the class. Todd put up huge numbers in his junior season for the Bulldogs, posting over 2,000 all-purpose yards and 28 touchdowns on offense and 10 PBUs and 3 interceptions on defense. He's an FBS prospect in our eyes and should see significant recruiting buzz heading into his senior year.

2027 George Washington OL [player_tooltip player_id='1616167' first='James' last='Payne'] has steadily climbed our rankings since his sophomore year. He is now considered a Top 5 prospect in the class with clear high D1 potential in our eyes. Payne has the size, athleticism, and physciality to play at the FBS level and is worth a close look by programs at that level.

2027 South Charleston OL [player_tooltip player_id='1154946' first='Morgan' last='Watts'] continues to climb the ranks as his college interest increases and he develops on the field. He picked up offers from Akron and Eastern Michigan this season as a high-ceiling prospect with great physical tools for college programs to mold. Watts now sits inside the Top 10 of our 2027 rankings, where he's likely to finish his high school career.

Another 2027 South Charleston offensive lineman who had a great year and is finally seeing his D1 opportunities come in is [player_tooltip player_id='1154943' first='Elijah' last='Bausley']. Akron was the first FBS program to offer Bausley, as he continues to develop as a player after showing flashes of that level of ability as an underclassman. He took a step forward in his junior season under new head coach Donnie Mays, and colleges are taking notice.

Another name whose stock has risen in the 2027 rankings in every update is University's [player_tooltip player_id='1326514' first='Hayden' last='George']. He had one of the more productive 2025 campaigns in his junior season with 92 catches for 1,300 yards and 12 touchdowns to pair with his 22 PBUs and 7 interceptions on defense. George is a well-rounded football player and athlete, which should earn him D1 interest heading into his senior year.

Helbig threw for 3,100 yards and 36 touchdowns for the Hawks as a high-ceiling quarterback with very good physical traits, steadily developing his skills that should open college eyes.

2027 Bridgeport K/RB [player_tooltip player_id='1155329' first='Gavin' last='Williams'] made waves as a running back this season for the Indians that warranted a rankings bump. Williams totaled 2,300 all-purpose yards and 30 total touchdowns in his junior season, which has him sitting in the Top 25 now.

2027 Riverside ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1155320' first='Tavion' last='Woods'] fully showed the potential we saw in him as a freshman, which earned him a rankings increase.
We got an extended look at film from 2027 Winfield ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1155325' first='Aiden' last='Tate'] for the first time this season, which resulted in an immediate rankings boost. He's a game-changer with the ball in his hands and can affect the game in a multitude of ways in all three phases. Tate has D1 upside at a variety of positions and should continue to climb the rankings and see his stock rise as a college prospect.

2027 Spring Mills WR [player_tooltip player_id='1635753' first='Douglas' last='Mayer'] got extended varsity playing time as a junior and proved the potential we saw from his JV sophomore tape. He had a breakout junior campaign on both sides of the ball for the Cardinals with 21 receptions for 425 yards and 3 touchdowns, along with 3 defensive interceptions. Mayer has good length and athleticism and should be their #1 target in 2026 that could result in heavy college interest.

2027 Hampshire RB [player_tooltip player_id='1683406' first='Roscoe' last='Dean'] made a nice jump in the rankings and now sits just outside of the Top 50. Dean's combination of size and athletic ability makes him one of the more underrated prospects in the 2027 class.
