Young Guns: Four 2028, 2029 and Younger Prospects to Watch

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Many 2026, 2027, and 2028 prospects are logging big-time performances so far this season in Ohio, but there are many young prospects in the Class of 2029 and younger who are coming up through the ranks and trying to get their names on the radar as freshman. The 5-foot-9, 150-pound prospect recently picked up an offer from Kent State (and also holds an offer from Capital) and it's easy to see why: Bobo is a legitimate dual-threat player who can make plays with his legs. He flashes a solid arm, but receiver or running back is likely his college fit (he could play on defense too). At the youth level over the past season, he recorded 1,621 rushing yards, 21 total touchdowns, 325 receiving yards and 1,143 yards passing with 14 touchdowns through the air. He is a strong cover corner who flashes potential. The 5-foot-10, 155-pound defensive back has good speed out of a backpedal and can break on the ball. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound quarterback has a good release and flashes good touch on the deep ball. He is also very mobile, and he can run and make plays with his legs. Displaying great adjustment to the ball - high, low and behind- the 6-foot-1, 165-pound target displays great body control and good acceleration after-the-catch. He flashes good burner speed as a sophomore and is a legitimate threat to go the distance with the ball in his hands.
