He went 10/17 for 161 yards with 58.5% completion rate with 3 TDs, 20 carries for 44 yards and 2 touchdowns. He uses his good throw power with a very good release. Good touch and timing on his throws. Very good progression speed and goes through his reads to find the open man. Good ball placement skills. He'll throw it in stride, or above the DB's head allowing his wide receiver to make a play on the ball. He has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, acceleration, good change of direction, and balance. Very good scramble ability and vision. He weaves through the defense, but isn't scared of trucking through a defender. Feeney bounces off of defenders to gain extra yards as well. Great job by the junior QB.

Barnard balled out for Pomona in the win. The 6'0 180-pound defensive end had 4 total tackles (2 solo, 2 assisted), 3 TFL, 2 sacks, and 7 QB pressures. Barnard has good athletic ability due to very good lateral quickness, good acceleration, change of direction, and speed. Barnard has good initial quickness out of his stance paired with good hand speed. Very good bend around the edge with very good flexibility. Wraps up the QB and hits hard. Barnard has good tackling, and has very good strength. Mixes between a spin, swim, and bull rush move. He has relentless pursuit, and was giving the Coronado tackles a headache all day long. Great performance by the junior.

Schipfer had a season high in carries and yardage against Kent Denver. Measures in at 5'10 170-pounds and had 36 carries for 234 yards for 3 touchdowns. This elusive bruiser pounded the rock all night, consistently getting yards with each carry. Very good athletic ability due to very good speed, balance, good acceleration, and change of direction. Schipfer has very good inside running. He picks, slides, and accelerates into the open hole. If one is covered, he'll pivot and jump cut into the open one. Schipfer consistently gains yards after contact. This running back is a bowling ball. He trucks through the defender easily, or stiffs arm the defender to the ground. One thing about Jackson is he can take a lot of hits, and still pound the defense throughout the game. Kid is a dawg, and I'm excited to see how he does in the next round.

Gray knocked it out of the park with his performance for Wellington. The 6'4 235-pound went 6/9 for 66 yards, 18 carries for 103 yards with 4 touchdowns, and 4 total tackles. Very good athletic ability due to elite balance, very good change of direction, speed, and acceleration. Very quick release with very good throw power. He didn't get to show off his arm this much this game, it was more of his legs. Very good runner. Uses his very good vision to find routes through the defense. Gray consistently gets yards after contact in multiple ways. Uses his powerful legs to churn forward and drag defenders, bounce off defenders, or truck right through them. Very good inside and outside running. He turns. broken plays into positive yardage. On defense, he has relentless pursuit. Gray won't stop till the ball carrier is in his grasps. Great job by the senior.

Bauer is a lengthy corner measuring in at 6'3 180-pounds. He had a great game against Arapahoe. He had 11 total tackles (8 solo, 3 assisted) with 1 INT. Bauer has good athletic ability due to very good jumping, speed, good acceleration, and change of direction. Good man coverage. Smooth back pedal and fluid hips to match the wide receiver breaking into the route. Stride for stride on go routes in man coverage. Very good closing quickness. Very good timing with his pass breakups. He's got good tackling and isn't afraid to get physical. Bauer has good eyes putting himself in position to get the INT in the endzone against [player_tooltip player_id='1581248' first='Theo' last='Lee']. Another great performance by the junior.

Round 2 was filled with even more blockbuster performances. I selected a handful that elevated their respective teams to the win and will look to continue dominating the rest of the playoffs.
