The 5'10 180-pound running back had 23 carries for 330 yards and 4 touchdowns. Tackitt has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, balance, good acceleration, and change of direction. He's a slippery elusive back. He uses his very good vision to weave through the defense. Very good inside and outside runner. Tackitt glides through the defense making defenders miss with his jump cuts. He'll gain extra yards by bouncing off of defenders, or regaining his balance when he starts to stumble. Tackitt got a lot of yards after contact against Westminster. Very impressed with how he punished the defense all night long.

Watts had 3 receptions for 105 yards and 2 touchdowns. The 6'2 165-pound receiver used his burning speed to blaze past the defense with his longest reception being 48 yards. Watts has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, acceleration, jumping, and good change of direction. He has a good release at the line of scrimmage against both off coverage and press jam. He'll use his physicality and athletic ability to create separation, whether outrunning the DB at the top of the route or out muscling them. Very good catching and good ball tracking skills. Rips the ball out of the air. Good ball adjustment and very good body control. He'll use good juke moves to make defenders miss after the catch. Great performance by the senior, helping Mesa Ridge get to the 2nd round.

Monroe measures in at 6'2 215-pounds. Against Fruita Monument, he had 11 total tackles (10 solo, and 1 assisted). He has very good athletic ability due to very good lateral quickness, acceleration, change of direction, and good speed. Strong defensive end. Very good initial quickness out of his stance and uses his good hand speed to engage first. Quick twitch, and explosive player. Very good bend around the edge with his flexibility. Powerful bull rush and a good spin move. Very good hand strength and hand placement. Good get off speed and very good block shedding. Monroe has relentless pursuit and doesn't give up until the play is finished. Keep an eye on Monroe to dominate these playoffs.

Gonzales was a crucial factor in Fountain-Fort Carson winning over Cherokee Trail. The 5'9 190-pound linebacker had 11 total tackles (9 solo, 2 assisted), 2 TFL, and 1 QB pressure. He has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, good speed, change of direction, and lateral quickness. Good read and reaction speed. He has good range from sideline to sideline. Good zone coverage. Excels in the run game. Good get off speed and block shedding. Very good tackling. Strong tackler that stops the ball carrier in their tracks. Very good blitz take off. Gonzales will look to continue his defense performance against a stout Cherry Creek team.

The 5'10 175-pound safety was all over the place against Montbello. He had 14 total tackles (11 solo, 3 assisted), 1 INT, and 1 FF. He has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, change of direction, and good jumping. Bourland ranges the deep zone and gives very good run support. Very good range prowling the field with ease. Very good tackling. In coverage, he has a good back pedal with very good closing quickness. He uses his athletic ability to be one of the first players to make a tackle. His hard-hitting ability caused a fumble, and his good catching allowed him to pluck the ball out of the air. Great performance by the senior, looking to capitalize on this momentum going into next week.
