Murphy is an underrated riser for Eufula who is one of the most productive players against the ball in the state. He plays with good instincts in coverage, always remaining around the ball and being prepared to execute on tips and overthrows. He rallies hard after the football and does a good job all around of hitting his landmarks. Athletically, he is raw, but you have to like his size, instincts, and demeanor.

McCollum pairs intriguing size and athletic traits with a physical demeanor as a corner. He does a good job of remaining physical during the route process, especially at the line of scrimmage. That violence translates as a tackler, where he isn't afraid to come downhill and thump. From a size and physicality standpoint, McCollum should be considered one of the best DBs in the state.

Lipscomb has a raw blend of size and traits that should make some college programs excited about his upside. He is still growing into himself as a mover, but his huge radius as an athlete means he doesn't have to be perfect. As long as he's around the ball, his length can do the rest, poking at the catch pocket for PBUs and acting as a tower QBs have to throw over. He is still growing into his stride, but he is fluid and capable of changing direction. Lipscomb is a fun player to dream on.

Washington has been on my radar for a few months. Here is my note on him from a few months ago.

5/12/25: 12.17 100M, 19' 7.5'' LJ (2024). Smaller, wiry frame. Looks long for his height. Light on his feet, matches well at LOS and TOR. Does a good job getting his hands on receivers early in press. Ties up well at the top of routes. Willing as a tackler, attacks the trunk. Don't see Holds FCS offers.

McNeal is a fun, energetic player who popped on my radar this offseason. Here is that note I made.

7/19/25: 12.06 100M (2024). Adequate mass and frame with room to grow. More twitchy than he is fast. Faster on a straight line than his T/F speed may indicate, you can credit that to his motor and hustle. Rallies hard after the ball. Best around the action where he can chase. Will be nickel/safety. Holds D1 offers.
