A sleeper Cobb County quarterback on the rise, McCullough brings plenty of arm talent and impressive ball placement to the table for the North Cobb Christian offense. He plays with poise, he's accurate, and has been one of the top 2028 quarterbacks in Georgia to start the 2025 season. The promising sophomore stands at 6-foot-1 175-pounds and has thrown for 1,273 yards and 12 touchdowns through his first five games. He's flashed easy Power Four potential and could really see his recruitment pick up later this winter. Look McCullough to be one of the leading passers across the the state this fall in the 2028 class.

An athletic quarterback with impressive mobility and above-average arm talent, Robinson is one of the top young passers in Atlanta who has played extremely well through the first five games of his sophomore season. The playmaking quarterback can make plays outside of the pocket and has enough arm strength to push the ball vertically. He's thrown for 1,234 yards and 14 touchdowns already and is fresh off a monster game against Roswell where he threw for 375 yards and four touchdowns. His best football is still way ahead of him and he's currently ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 10 QB prospect in the state for the 2028 class.

One of the top young quarterbacks in Middle Georgia, Maxwell has shown plenty of poise and arm talent to kick off his sophomore season. He seems calm in the pocket, shows good footwork, and knows how to put some zip on the ball. He's been one of the more efficient quarterbacks across the state in his class and has already thrown for 1,194 yards and 13 touchdowns with just one INT through his first five games. He's young, but he knows how to win, leading the Bears to a strong 5-0 start. He plays the position well and has one of the strongest arms you'll find in the area. Look for impressive offers to come his way down the road.

One of the top overall quarterbacks in Cobb County right now, Watson may be a sophomore, but he's playing like a seasoned veteran right now for the 4-0 Hoyas. Watson has been efficient and safe with the football while being able to make big throws with his arm. The multi-sport dual-threat quarterback has thrown for 1,045 yards and 11 touchdowns with zero INTs. He's also made plays on the ground as he's rushed for 213 yards and one touchdown. He's averaging 11.8 yards a carry and completing 73% of his passes. His stock is rising and offers are likely to come his way in bunches next year.

One of the more effective and productive 2028 quarterbacks in the state right now, this Augusta-area passer has been terrific through his first three games of the 2025 season. He threw for 348 yards and six touchdowns in game one, 222 yards and three touchdowns in game two, and then 292 yards and four touchdowns in game three. In that game, Stevenson completed 22 of his 23 passing attempts. He's been incredibly accurate all season long and has been playing at a really high level. On the season, this sleeper quarterback has thrown for 862 yards and 13 touchdowns without a single interception. He's also completing 86% of his passes. Look for Stevenson to be one of the state's leading passers this fall in the 2028 class.
