The 5'11" 180 lbs back thrives at gaining yards before contact and creating space from defenders to maximize the yards he earns before taking hits. His week 4 highlights show his patience behind the line, and also in traffic at the second level. That patience would suddenly open things up and from there his acceleration created long run after long run. Deven is an impressive athlete who is showing he knows how to use it to make plays. He is one of the better athletes at his position in the state. Check him out.

Stats: 200+ Passing Yards, 5 TDs

In just over a half of football Gannon went on an absolute tear! Gannon dropped the ball in a bucket over the shoulder of his target or perfectly lofted it over underneath coverage of an LB. Every pass in his weekly highlights this week showed decisiveness, but also patience to allow his target to get open before putting the ball right on them in stride. The entire Pepin/Alma rushing attack had themselves a day. The OL was opening up massive holes and Justin was quick to find them and get downhill. Justin fits his role perfectly, getting that head of steam and daring defenders to step in front of his path. The 200 lbs senior thrives at running behind his pads and making it look easy to rip through arm tackles. Week 4 was more of the same. Dalton's quick feet, balance, and acceleration are the foundation of his game and those traits have allowed him to dominate as a route runner, or shred defenses after the catch in the quick passing game. The senior WR did a great job of tracking the ball on multiple corner routes too. Clark is a WR that deserves far more eyes on him. Few have been as consistent as him going back to 2024.

Stats: 3 Receptions, 141 Yards, 3 TDs

Ben capitalized on every single opportunity he was give in the dominant Week 4 win. TD #1 came off a nice double move that easily opened up space for his QB to have an easy throw. TD #2 showed off more of the speed Ben has as he took the quick pass and beat pursuit down the sideline for the score. TD #3 demonstrated his ability to make DBs miss 1 on 1 and also rip through arm tackles when the defense did get hands on him. It was clear the defense respected his speed as he had huge cushions off the line. The only problem with that is if you give McKean an inch he has the wiggle and burst of acceleration to turn any catch into a huge gain. That happened multiple times in Week 4 as he knifed through secondaries. The junior WR is an extremely elusive runner after the catch. He went up against a talented defense and came away with a highly productive, versatile, explosive, and efficient day with his arm and legs. Ford was able to carve up the defense with an arm that could hit tight windows with velocity, and also attack the deep portion of the field with accuracy. The senior passer demonstrated poise in the pocket while facing pressure in his face. It was clear that Jeffrey was in complete command of his offense, knew where he needed to go with the ball and was able to execute on time and with pinpoint accuracy. The senior athlete actually plays QB for Marinette this season, but it is still his running talents that shine on tape. Chase does a great job of reading and deciding to keep the ball or not. When he does keep it the senior is quick to get north-south and has that explosive power to get attack between the tackles. Despite being only 170 lbs the senior athlete is a physical runner that has shown on several carries per week that he can absorb contact and bounce off hits while staying balanced and moving forward. Dynamic is a great word for describing Ethan on offense. You will find him out wide at receiver or taking snaps at QB. At QB the senior dominates on the ground. He has that explosive burst to win in tight spaces. The senior is one of the fastest players in northern WI and it shows as he beats angles and is also able to open up separation from DBs on his deeper routes. The 6' 190 lbs junior wasted no time showing off his game-breaking speed as he ripped off his first touch on tape for a 95+ yard TD run. Nico also has a ton of examples of high football IQ plays. He will press the hole to force defenders to commit then cut outside last second to open grass or he will use angles to draw defenders into positions that open up seams of daylight that he can attack. On top of the speed and IQ, Nico is a downhill runner that can rip away from arm tackles and keep his feet to earn the tough yards. The junior is looking like an RB that will need to be on the radar of college programs for the Class of 2027. Give the tape a watch.

Stats: 12/24, 274 Yards, 4 TDs, 103 Rushing Yards

One of the top dual threat QBs in the state put together a great example of those abilities in Week 4. Vincent has developed as a passer from where he was in 2024. You see the poise under pressure this week as well as the ability to go through progressions instead of tucking and running right away. Both led to huge plays for Germantown in Week 4. That athleticism is also being utilized to keep plays alive while still having his eyes downfield. Developing as a passer has also made his running threat even more dangerous because the defense has to stay honest in coverage, which opens up more lanes for him to attack with his legs.

Stats: 9 Carries, 140 Yards, 2 TDs

Morell's Week 4 offensive highlights are a great example of his speed and quick twitch agility. It only took him 9 carries to put together an elite performance. He did it by winning with speed that outran angles or by picking through traffic with his elusive agility. It is very clear that Morell was playing faster than the rest of the field as he ripped off long run after long run. His second gear in the open field never allowed the defense to chase him down on the way to those long TDs. Plus his vision with the ball gave him even more of an advantage over the defense. Check out the explosive weapon's tape below.
