Rise: #298 to #187
Gannon has really impressed me with the growth of his frame and development of his game over the past year. Now at 6’2″ 200 lbs, Gannon looks the part of a college signal caller. The senior’s arm has grown as well. Gannon proved during the 2025 season he can drive the ball into spots deeper downfield than in past seasons. He has done it without having to sacrifice accuracy too. The poise and decision-making show that the game is slowing down for him too. The senior led one of the top teams in Madison this season, and looks ready to compete at the next level.

What a finish to Gannon’s high school career. As a junior he posted 1,178 yards and 9 TDs. as a senior Gannon went off for 1633 yards and 22 TDs. Also noteworthy is his INTs went down from ’24 to ’25. Gannon also made more of an impact with his legs going from 224 rushing yards and 3 TDs up to 731 rushing yards and 10 TDs. Every way you look at it the 6’2″ 200 lbs athlete improved. Turn on the tape and you will see the tools have made a leap too. The ball jumps out of his hand with much more velocity than a year ago and his control over ball placement was huge for the offense. Especially his deep ball accuracy. Gannon is a steal in this deep QB Class. Check out his film.

. He looks the part at 6’2″ 200 lbs, and as a senior he has played the part of a potential college passer. Gannon delivered on nearly every single drop back. He was decisive, got the ball out quickly when he had to, and always placed the ball perfectly for his man to catch it in stride. The lefty was technically sound, and also flashed some athleticism when needed. It was a surgical night for the uncommitted senior QB.

In just over a half of football Gannon went on an absolute tear! The left-handed senior shredded the secondary with pinpoint accuracy that also highlights the touch he has at his disposal. Gannon dropped the ball in a bucket over the shoulder of his target or perfectly lofted it over underneath coverage of an LB. Every pass in his weekly highlights this week showed decisiveness, but also patience to allow his target to get open before putting the ball right on them in stride. The senior has done well developing this past offseason.

Edgewood has been led by some solid QBs over the past few seasons. They are now going to be looking for a new leader of the offense. I expect the 5’11” 155 lbs freshman to get a look. I’m excited to see how the lefty has grown this offseason. On the JV field, Gannon was used on a lot of roll outs. Bagstad was able to show that he has the footwork to be able to deliver those on the move passes with accuracy and touch. Gannon looks good moving in the pocket too. He doesn’t panic when he feels pressure and finds the holes to step up through or can escape around the edge. Along with seeing how he grows, it will also be intriguing to see how the arm strength develops. If he puts in the work he can have an impressive career for Edgewood.
