"Catch the ball at its highest point" is a phrase said by many but understood by few.

Jerrimiah gets it. Elite body control, a good vertical, and straight-up knows where he needs to be and how he needs to get there. This prospect wins those "50/50" balls through knowing the field, the flight path of the football, and his body extremely well.

This is what makes Jerrimiah stand out amongst the several great receivers in this class. He's a phenomenal X, and can catch those downfield home-run balls as good as any.

Turn on Tyler's tape and you'll immediately see some 50/50 wins. Another dude with ideal size, and far above-average body control.

Tyler's been doing this for a while. He was on Prep Redzone Next's radar for quite a while before being featured here. I think Tyler is progressing nicely as an X receiver, and with a couple of departures and additions, I believe this current Brother Rice roster sets Tyler up to start at X.

Great possession receiver- some Larry Fitzgerald in his game.

This offseason, Britton proved to be the full package. In reality, I think Tre is a better route runner and open-field threat than he is a physical 50/50 ball winner.

Though if Belleville needed it, Tre could play that role. Demonstrated by the very first play on Tre's highlight tape, he's got a phenomenal catch radius. I think of Tre the same way as I think of Amon-Ra St. Brown- typically a great weapon in space + phenomenal route runner, but if you really need it, he can catch a deep, contested ball.

Underrated no more.

Greg was a massive standout at the MHSAA camp in Detroit. The most prominent aspect that made Greg stand out was his catch radius and all-around ability to catch the ball in tight traffic. The quarterback play at this camp wasn't great, which actually worked in Greg's favor becuase he was able to showcase some phenomenal body control, vertical, and hands.

Watch out for Greg this season. If a ball is remotely catchable, he's coming down with it.

Pelt used to be one of my favorite players to talk about. I kept on pounding the table for him.

Why don't I anymore? Well, he isn't underrated anymore. Grand Valley State offered, and Pelt committed.

What I love most about Pelt's game are his high-end 50/50 catches. Even if he's got a DB all over him, Pelt is still able to get hands on the ball and retain possession through contact. I've even watched Pelt catch a ball behind a DB's back. Pelt is susceptible to drops, but at his best, he's a phenomenal X receiver.
