One of the few true stock-risers at the quarterback position in this rankings update, I think Ormandy could have a huge junior season. He grew as a pure passer as the season progressed last season and should be better than ever in that regard, and last year showed that he has some excellent dual-threat capabilities as well. He's more polished and refined than when he first started as a freshman and Garner Magnet quietly things it has the chance to make a run under Ormandy.

Cleveland will break in a first-time upperclassman starter for the first time in a decade this season, as Hulbert takes over for one of the state's all-time great quarterbacks. He should be set up for success as he's been prepped at the JV level and is well-acquainted with his offensive system. Though not who I'd consider a true dual-threat, he has above average mobility and throws well on the run. Don't be surprised if there isn't a big drop off when it comes to Cleveland's offensive production.

McGarrigan moved from the watchlist to the rankings after I dove back into his film this offseason. He has a funky delivery, but can throw with accuracy on the run or in the pocket. He's at his best when things break down and he's able to create space for himself. Here's to thinking he could have a bigger junior year with more experience under his belt.

Watson broke onto the scene as a freshman starter for West Meck and announced that he's transferring to Seventy-First as a junior. Watson has some dual-threat capabilities and the speed to burn if he's given too much space to run. He throws a catchable ball and I'm excited to see him in an offense that has traditionally been good to dual-threat quarterbacks.
