Wallwork is a dual threat and an all around playmaker behind center, proving to be one of the biggest game changers in 4A. As a passer, he shows a good demeanor in the pocket with a twitchy upper half- and you can clearly see him going through progression. He throws with anticipation and timing and frequently showed the ability to finesse throws in between opponents. Excellent improvisor when the pocket breaks down to escape and find receivers downfield- often showing the ability to deliver those off platform throws with excellent accuracy.

LaDuke is a very impressive player and holds all the potential to lead Snowflake to a state championship this fall. Another dual-threat kid that I've been raving about for about a year now, as he can change the game with his arm or legs. Excellent poise in the pocket to stand tall, cool, and collected while frequently making decisive reads. He's shown the ability to hit throws with both velocity and touch as well. Toughness is off the charts- as stated before, he possesses that "It Factor". Very good runner with good top end speed and vision with the ability to make a cut and take a run to the house, or put his shoulder down and fight for extra yards.

I have a lot of confidence in Yoney as Mohave jumps back into 4A after competing in 3A the past handful of years. Despite limited action in 2024, Yoney possesses all of the athletic traits to be a top QB in 4A and is well deserving to be on those recruiting boards. A very good all around athlete with big play top end speed on the ground and can dice up a defense in the pocket when he has time as well. We will definitely be keeping an eye on Yoney all throughout his senior campaign.

Brown sizes up with a slender frame and build at 6'3" 180lbs with room to add mass and is a solid pocket passer. Good overall mechanics in the pocket, standing tall and collected and delivers with a smooth, effortless release. Excellent touch on those vertical balls to frequently make it easy for his receivers. I like his instincts on when to abandon the pass and escape the pocket and vice versa- knowing when to hang in the pocket despite anticipating a hit. He'll enter his senior and 4th season as the Flag High starter so I expect him to play with a chip on his shoulder.

Smith has some big shoes to fill after the graduation departure of former QB Braylen Rooney, but Smith had already filled those shoes a bit last season and looked the part while doing so. Very good athlete as he played WR last year when he wasn't at QB. He does a great job selling play action on boots and frequently showed the ability to deliver throws on the run with accuracy and arm strength- flashing 40+ yards downfield. Along with this, he's flashed the ability to throw with timing and anticipation while freezing the FS with his eyes (play :56 on film) to come backside and deliver a strike. I think Smith is one of the biggest sleepers in 4A and is prone for a big year at Arcadia.
