Their 5A opponents have every right to keep it a close game. He moves well in the pocket, has good ball placement, did well processing the game, and throws a good intermediate pass. Electric. He is simply electric. He showcases good speed, has exceptional quickness and lateral agility. Parker makes defenders miss in the open field and is slippery for defenders to try and tackle. Parker is a patient runner, will get to the second level with ease, and then has the speed to take it to the house. Dean has good footwork, moves well, and is strong at the catch point. Athletically, he's too good to just be on the bench. I prefer him as a cornerback, but he is such a good athlete that he can slide into the receiving room and make an impact there. He projects as a slot receiver, which could limit him somewhat, but as a cornerback, he has great instincts, is physical, can be a press corner, and has good hip fluidity. He can be a boundary corner or slide into the slot.
