Carter is a signal caller who has an excellent processing rate and easily gets to his second and third reads. He will look off a safety and can manipulate defenses. His delivery is quick, and he can layer his throws. He throws an excellent deep ball and can also hit the keyhole shot. He is an excellent signal caller and has all the tools you want to see.
Carter has done a fantastic job this offseason and add to that the experience he’s had the past two years, Carter is primed for a breakout. He moves well in the pocket and easily gets to his second read. He processes defenses well and isn’t afraid to stress the defense deep. He throws with good accuracy and has good ball placement. He throws an easy deep ball for his receivers and has every right to see his recruitment pick up. He is a prospect that should get FCS looks.
