About Draycen
Expert Analysis
Andy Pham | Prep Redzone Scout
Draycen has been active this offseason with 7’s and each time I’ve seen him, he’s made plays. He has good speed, shows good hips to stick to slippery receivers and has the instincts to get his hands in passing lanes and has the recovery speed needed at his disposal. He’s a fun player who should play a pivitol role for the upcoming season.

Draycen made several plays during the event and didn’t give much room for his receiver to operate. He shows good quickness, does well with twitchy receivers, and has the hip bend to stick to them. He shows good closing speed, and when the ball is in the air, tracks the ball well and makes a play on it. He made several key plays during the event, including PBU’s and a key interception. Draycen’s talent translates, and he should be a big-time contributor this season.

Draycen has been part of the depth rotation this year and is primed for a bigger role next year. He’s an athletic corner that can line up in the slot or as a boundary corner. He moves well and has good hips when covering twitchy receivers. He shows good quickness and overall speed, he should find himself as a potential starter next year.

Weber loses a lot of production on the defensive side, and Munoz has done well this offseason and is our prediction for Region 1 Defensive Newcomer of the Year. He shows good instincts, is an excellent mover, has good burs,t and moves well laterally. Munoz has good cover skills and will stick to a receiver’s hip pocket. He has all the potential to be a key contributor and an impact player next year.

Munoz is an exciting prospect who could find his way onto the field. Athletically, he’s too good to just be on the bench. I prefer him as a cornerback, but he is such a good athlete that he can slide into the receiving room and make an impact there. He projects as a slot receiver, which could limit him somewhat, but as a cornerback, he has great instincts, is physical, can be a press corner, and has good hip fluidity. He can be a boundary corner or slide into the slot. He’s someone who’ll find a way to get on the field.

Munoz is a two-way player and will project to be a slot receiver on the offensive side. He moves well, has good hip fluidity, and is a natural hands catcher. Munoz does well with the ball in his hands and can create after the catch. He’s a player who, once he grows into his frame, will be a player that you get in open space where he can use his athleticism to make defenders miss in the open field.
