This article is all about the New Additions who've earned a high ranking. I'm very bullish on these guys!

A major new addition to the rankings, being placed just outside the top 10.

Projected as a safety in college, Don's existing highlights are actually all at wide receiver (X). At receiver, Don has the single trait that separates the good high school receivers from the great: ball skills.
Don can climb the ladder and snatch it. Several highlights show Don Mossing DBs deep downfield. Don has one more trait that is pretty darn rare for WRs: physicality. More specifically, Don can block. There are several highlights where Don lays someone out.

Don's mix of ball skills, physicality, and athleticism make for a D1 prospect at multiple positions. Confident he can play at the next level as a receiver or safety.

The #1 discovery of the offseason. I'm happy to have gotten an in-person look at Greg Pope. At the time, he was completely under the radar. Since my in-person evaluation at the MHSAA Showcase in Detroit, Greg has earned an offer from Arkansas.

I say this a lot, but ball skills matter. You can do everything else correctly, but if you don't have ball skills, you won't be getting many calls. Time after time, I watched Greg climb the ladder and snag difficult-to-catch balls. On top of that, he can play some DB, too.

A major sleeper. Elliott is an under-the-radar prospect who checks a ton of boxes.

First, good athletic traits. Verified 4.59 shuttle, 106-inch broad jump, and 29-inch vertical. Plus, a great highlight tape. The tape kicks off with a one-handed snag, showcasing his dexterity. Next, a punishing hit on an unsuspecting ballcarrier expecting an easy TD. The rest of Elliott's tape further showcases his physicality and athleticism. Lastly, a few plays show a little flare. It's obvious that Elliott is a competitor, and in my eyes, he's a MAC prospect.

Asher is my most covered new addition to this date. I've already written about Asher numerous times, but now, we can talk about his ranking.

He makes a strong debut at #33, alongside others that I consider MAC prospects. Asher has the getoff, bend, and motor to eventually be a dude in the MAC. His tape reminds me a bit of Carter Stagner, a 2018 Seaholm grad.

Honeycutt earns himself a very favorable ranking at #66. I'll again mention the testing times at the Wayne State Showcase. A 4.85 40, 109-inch broad jump, and a stellar 34-inch vertical.

Nic's 2024 highlight tape is on the shorter side, but it's still quality. He consistently demonstrates good route running, good ball skills, and flashes of contact balance / RAC. I can't be 100% confident, but if I had to bet, I'd bet Honeycut is in for a standout Junior season and GLAIC offers come next season.
