[player_tooltip player_id='405037' first='Jermaine' last='Smith Jr.'] | St. Frances | Athlete | 6-4 | 215
Smith is sitting comfortably at the No. 1 spot in his class. He plays edge, outside linebacker, tight end, and wide receiver. His last posted offer was a reoffer from Miami, FL, made back on May 1st. Georgia, Florida State, USC, Tennessee, and Maryland are among his 15-plus offers. You'll be reading about him over and over again until he graduates.

[player_tooltip player_id='1084511' first='Ashton' last='Chiles'] | Good Counsel | Linebacker | 6-1| 215
Boston College and Toledo are the two reported offers for Chiles so far during May. He also has offers from Syracuse and the University of Maryland. I think he'll reach that 8-plus offer mark before the start of the 2025 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='964935' first='Kam' last='Miller'] | Archbishop Spalding | Wide Receiver | 5-11 | 170
Miller has received offers from the University of Toledo, Old Dominion University, and Delaware State University. Late last month, he received an offer from Florida State. He can make a bigger name for himself in the upcoming months with strong performances at college camps.

[player_tooltip player_id='959451' first='RJ' last='Cruz'] | McDonough | Offensive – Defensive Lineman | 6-3 | 275
Cruz received his latest offer from Kentucky back on May 13th. I believe that he'll easily be a double-digit offer guy sooner rather than later. He has the potential to be one of the linemen in the region.

[player_tooltip player_id='1239199' first='Tysir' last='Young'] | Middletown (DE) | Edge | 6-3 | 215
One of Delaware's top defensive players picked up offers from Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and Purdue this month. He's on his way to having 20-plus offers by the start of the 2025 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1644118' first='Bryce' last='Smalls'] | Archbishop Spalding | Offensive Lineman | 6-5 | 285
Smalls' recruitment has picked up since the start of May. Penn State, Syracuse, College, and Toledo have all offered him this month. For conversation's sake, I'll add that Florida State offered him on April 30th.

[player_tooltip player_id='1506862' first='Tyzon' last='Swann'] | Lackey | Defensive Lineman | 6-4 | 235
Swann's early offer list includes Maryland, Penn State, Syracuse, Kentucky, Buffalo, and Virginia Tech.

[player_tooltip player_id='1419177' first='Chris' last='Alston'] | Friendship Collegiate (DC) | Athlete | 6-0 | 175
Toledo offered Alston back on May 15th. Maryland and Virginia Tech are among his other early offers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1134909' first='Japhya' last='Rouson'] | Georgetown Prep (DC) | Running Back | 5-11 | 200
Syracuse and Virginia Tech are among his early offers. I think he'll pick up several more during the college camp season.

[player_tooltip player_id='769742' first='Stefan' last='Rogers'] | St. John's College (DC) | Wide Receiver | 6-0 | 170
Rogers is someone who I think will have a strong case to rise in these rankings during the next update. North Carolina, Sacramento State, Toledo, and Wisconsin have all offered Rogers during May. I can see several more schools extending an offer to him in the upcoming months.
