We're well into our 2026 rankings update, but if this is your first exposure to an exciting week, welcome from the Prep Redzone staff. We've reevaluated several prospects after seeing them in camp settings and caught up on a few players we missed in the last update immediately after the season. We have a loaded schedule of rankings pieces that started Monday with reports on the 2026 quarterbacks. Tuesday was about the running backs. Wednesday and Thursday, the pass-catchers.

This rankings update, I'm doing things a bit differently. Rather than simply telling you which players moved up, I'm going behind-the-scenes to say why they jumped, whether it was a re-evaluation, a camp performance, or something else.

Sammons has been on our radar for a while but we moved him up several spots in the rankings after seeing him in person at our Prep Redzone NC Showcase. A powerful blocker, Sammons' hips and punch are excellent, giving him elite balance and great drive as a run-blocker. He's quick and disciplined as a pass-blocker too.

Broadway popped up on our radar after an East Carolina offer and he performed well in camp settings this spring. He's a mauler in the running game and his highlight tape is play after play of him punishing defensive linemen, flattening anybody who gets in his way.

Wright plays guard in a run-first South Point offense with wide splits, so he's a difficult evaluation. That being said, his power is evident and looks natural. He doesn't have to strain to push guys off the ball, rather he does so with relative ease. He has the athleticism to pull and act as a lead blocker and we really like his tape a lot. A strong spring camp performance vaulted him up our rankings.

A tall, long lineman, Clark has room to add some more weight to his frame and that would go a long way toward determining whether or not he can stick at tackle. He's had a great spring with multiple strong combine and camp performances and we really like what we've seen from him recently.

Williams has had a great spring, which is a huge part of the reason he was moved up over 130 spots in the rankings. It started with a great showing at the VTO 100 and he's most recently excelled at the CFI Showcases camp in early May. He's a huge tackle with movement skills and those kind of players don't grow on trees.

One of our fastest risers regardless of position, Tselentis has flown up our rankings, jumping nearly 150 spots from his previous spot in the mid-200s. He can play guard or tackle and was extremely impressive in camp settings this spring. He plays mostly left tackle and is starting to get some FBS interest thanks to a strong athletic profile and great technique.

Shoe has put a ton of weight onto his frame that looks like it could actually hold a bit more and that's played a big part in his progression as a lineman. Simply put, he's more powerful and controlled with the extra mass and had a great season for JM Robinson. He's not a traditional left tackle in that he's a great puller and better run-blocker than pass-blocker but he has time to develop and we're excited to see what he can do.
