This is a list compiled of the rising juniors I found super fun while watching. These kids come in at all different positions, sizes, and roles but they were a real treat to get eyes on. Let's dive in!

[player_tooltip player_id='1596273' first='Camden' last='Miller'], man, we'll start on his size profile, he's listed at 6'2” 215, and you see it on film. His size-speed combo is fun, he's quick after his read step and sprints downhill. When I watch Miller, you notice how quick he is to diagnose runs, screens, play action, and passing plays he has a high game IQ. The technical side of Miller is awesome too tackles are a sure thing once he makes contact. Miller reminded me of Duke LB Ozzie Nicholas, and man, does he have some FBS upside. In pass coverage snaps, he flips his hips well and really excels in a zone where he can command the pass defense. Miller will be a name to watch going into his junior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='447350' first='Carter' last='Bonner'] has everything you want in a WR. His size is fantastic paired with his inside-out alignment, and he's a matchup nightmare. He can win inside out and plays with awesome game speed. He's physical at the POA and really dominates with his hands alone. Bonner was super fun to watch because of all of these things but what stood out is how much of a safety blanket he is. Seems like an automatic catch for Penn Hills offense 90% of the time, which is awesome. Bonner is a 3-star but I see some serious talent and think he could be ranked higher on every board. Bonner will make waves in his junior season.

K'shawn Hawkins is a dynamic playmaker. His first couple of plays are showing off his special return ability. When it flips to the offensive side of the ball, he shows off his spectacular catching ability. He makes video game-like grabs, and that's why he's earned a spot here on this list. When I watch him, it is hard not to just laugh at how ridiculous his highlights were in high competition of PA football. Hawkins needs to be ranked higher everywhere and needs to garner more interest because this is a special player in 2 aspects of the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='417582' first='Tyler' last='Hatton'] has power 4 size. To sum things up, this is just a straight old-school ball player. At TE he's a road grader with some flashes as a solid receiver in the short game. But on defense, he's big with long arms. He's violent and presses out defenders to make a tackle. Hatton is stronger than many of the kids he plays against and has no issue running through blockers. UNLV gave Tyler his first offer back in December, and he's someone who will only gain more and more traction nationally. But as for PA football, he's one of the best in his class and my favorite DE I've watched so far.

[player_tooltip player_id='1398307' first='Jaylen' last='Smith'] rocked on film. He was continuously the first man off the ball with a snappy, quick get-off. He has a swipe move, a swim move, a strong bull rush. He's very athletically gifted, too. I watched his tape multiple times to make sure I wasn't missing anything because he has near-perfect film for a sophomore. He offers some pass rush upside as well, especially with that aforementioned quick get off. [player_tooltip player_id='1398307' first='Jaylen' last='Smith'] makes his way on this list with my only question being, Why the lack of attention? And with that said I'm begging someone to pull the trigger on Smith bc he has high, high upside.
