2026 Film Evals: Offensive Names to Know

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Taking a look at several 2026 offensive prospects to know going into their senior season. </h2>    Nesbit is a stand out ball carrier for ALA-Queen Creek. 5'10” 190 lbs. he's quick twitch and flashes the ability to separate from defenders in open space using his top end speed. He's able to combine different moves together without losing momentum making defenders miss in the backfield or at the second level with sudden lateral cuts and fluid change of direction. Quick acceleration in the short area to break away and sustains his second gear to finish long gains in the endzone. Excellent vision and balance to read the flow of defense while locating and attacking running lanes. Finished the 2024 season with nearly 750 scrimmage yards and five touchdowns on 118 touches. Receiving attention from several D1 programs and has been a top performer at several offseason camps/showcases.      Harris was one of the leading rushers in the state among 2026 grads last season totaling 1,375 yards and 10 touchdowns on 191 carries. He's a tough tackle and runs hard for a 5'10” 165 lb. RB. He's a downhill runner that is quick to press the LOS and apply pressure to the defense. Good ability to absorb and fight through contact with good leg drive and strength at the POA. Shows a good lateral jump cut to avoid tacklers and is able to weave his way through tight spaces. Good awareness of defenders and ball security, carrying it high and tight while protecting it with two hands at contact. He's a two-way playmaker for Blue Ridge adding 105 total tackles on defense during his junior year.      Wallwork is a gifted natural passer that was extremely productive and efficient as a junior throwing for 2,781 yards and 22 touchdowns landing in the top five amongst the 2026 class. He's a savvy athlete at 6'0” 180 lbs. with smooth footwork and arm action throughout his drop back and release. Clean with his pocket mechanics throwing from a well balanced platform to add velocity and accuracy at all three levels. Quick over the top delivery, he shows good ball placement skills and the ability to anticipate throws to be on time. He's able to manipulate and escape pressure while maintaining his eyes downfield to create second chance throwing windows. Demonstrates that he can stand in the pocket and deliver an accurate ball while taking a hit. High football IQ and strong decision maker that takes care of the football, threw only three interceptions on 296 attempts. High upside prospect that deserves more recruiting attention going into his senior year.      Mitchell is an impressive athlete with good raw potential and upside as he develops. Projectable size and frame at 6'2” 220 lbs. that could transition well to multiple positions at the college level. Physical running style that uses his size to finish runs through contact and wear down defenders over the course of a game. Tends to run high but flashes the ability to make sharp cuts and accelerate through the hole. His stride length and top-end speed allow him to build momentum in the open field, where he's tough to bring down once he gets going. Shows he can also be effective catching the ball out of the backfield. Finished the 2024 season with almost 900 yards rushing and five touchdowns on 176 attempts highlighted by a 220 yard and one touchdown performance against Tempe.      Thomas can impact the game in a variety of ways in all three phases. At 6'0” 180 lbs. he flashes explosive playmaking ability being able to stretch the field vertically and make high level plays after the catch. Plus ball skills, he attacks it in the air with confidence and consistency. He's able to use his leaping ability and extension to compete for the ball at the high point and pull in tough contested catches in traffic. Adjusts well to ball flight and tracks it all the way into his hands. Turned eight of his 24 receptions into touchdowns finishing with 539 yards while averaging over 22 yards per catch. Added 34 tackles and three interceptions on defense. One to watch going into his senior year.
