Ellison emerged as a breakout star this season, delivering an impressive performance with 2,873 passing yards, 27 touchdowns, and an additional 261 rushing yards with one touchdown on the ground. His ability to throw deep with pinpoint accuracy was a defining trait, consistently placing the ball where only his receivers could make a play. He demonstrated exceptional touch, allowing his targets to run under passes and pick up yards after the catch. Ellison was a constant threat with explosive passing plays while maintaining efficiency, throwing only eight interceptions. His standout season has set the stage for him to build on this success moving forward.     Wise made his mark by stuffing the stat sheet with 2,453 passing yards and 23 touchdowns. He thrives in the intermediate to deep passing game, showing the ability to thread the needle and fit passes into tight windows. His precision in leading receivers into perfect positions allowed his playmakers to make big plays after the catch. Wise also showcased field awareness, effectively manipulating defenders with his eyes and excelling as a timing quarterback, hitting receivers in stride as they were coming out of their breaks. While he threw 14 interceptions, he has the potential to take a significant leap this season and attract attention from scouts.     Dunning delivered a highly efficient season, proving he can make every throw on the field. He had an eye catching 2,595 passing yards with 31 touchdowns, completing over 60% of his passes while limiting turnovers to just 11 interceptions. A true pocket passer, Dunning thrives in the intermediate passing game and can operate the quick game with ease, keeping the offense in rhythm. His ability to read defenses and methodically move the chains makes him a compelling prospect. As he continues to develop, he will be a player to watch closely.     Gardner completed nearly 65% of his passes last season, but his 14 touchdown to 12 interception ratio leave area for improvement for him. However, he has the tools to turn things around and emerge as a rising prospect. A dual threat quarterback, Gardner possesses an explosive playmaking ability both through the air and on the ground, adding nearly 200 rushing yards and two touchdowns. His arm talent is next level, excelling in intermediate to deep throws while demonstrating the ability to fit passes into tight windows. With a breakout season on the horizon, Gardner is a name to watch as he looks to make a statement.     Despite having fewer starts than other QB's on this list, Blakey maximized his opportunities, throwing for 1,613 yards and 18 touchdowns in just eight games. Though his completion rate was below 50%, he is a streaky passer capable of getting hot quickly. Blakey excels in the short to intermediate passing game, efficiently running the quick game to establish the offensive rhythm. His pocket awareness stands out as he moves well under pressure, keeping his eyes downfield, and uses subtle movements to evade defenders. If he can build on last season's successes, he has the potential to put the state on notice.     A true dual threat quarterback, Matthews brings a dynamic skill set to the field. He rushed for 1,099 yards and 10 touchdowns while also passing for 1,523 yards with 16 touchdowns and eight interceptions. Matthews possesses great vision in the run game, setting up blocks effectively and capitalizing on perimeter opportunities for chunk yardage. As a passer, he keeps defenses honest with his ability to push the ball downfield on intermediate and deep throws. Once he breaks into the second level, his speed is deceptively faster than his recorded 4.9 second 40 yard dash suggests. With his blend of athleticism and arm talent, Matthews could be a sleeper prospect who surprises many this season.     Arguably one of the most explosive quarterbacks on this list, Lewis put together a remarkable season, throwing for 1,195 yards and 17 touchdowns with only three interceptions while adding 1,095 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns on the ground. His ability to escape the pocket and create plays on the perimeter makes him a nightmare for defenses, as he can pick up large chunks of yardage with his legs or deliver precise passes on the run. A physical yet intelligent runner, he knows when to lower his shoulder and when to step out of bounds. Lewis also possesses a strong arm, capable of making difficult off balanced throws. If he continues to develop and gains exposure through camps, he could significantly raise his stock heading into the season.
