Creates separation with his deceptiveness and ability to change gears, and is extremely difficult to wrangle after the catch. Shows great physicality as a blocker where he can be used as a pulling wing/H-back and pick up blocks in space. Flashes his athleticism as a pass-catcher, primarily used in the short-intermediate areas. Totaled over 1,200 yards and 11 TDs on 223 carries as a senior. He's a strong, downhill runner that can find lanes between the OTs and shows noticeable burst and acceleration hitting the lane. Demonstrates good patience setting up his blocks and waiting for lanes to develop, and can power through tacklers around the LOS. He showed more of his explosive arm strength and notable skill development from his junior to senior season. Excels at getting outside the pocket and creating off-script, shows clean footwork in the pocket and can launch the ball downfield with air and accuracy. Fast get-off at the snap, can create separation with punchy and deceptive breaks, and can make defenders miss with the ball in his hands.
