2026 Watchlist to Ranked: Offense

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">In-depth evaluations of the 2026 offensive prospects that moved from the watchlist to the rankings in the recent update.</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Luckey is an explosive playmaker and homerun threat every time he touches the ball. Flashes great acceleration through the LOS and a sustained second gear to breakaway once he gets in space, consistently breaks long runs and finishes in the endzone. Shows he can fit through tight spaces and get to the second level by breaking initial contact. Quick and decisive with his cuts he's got great start stop speed and lateral agility to be elusive in the open field. Plus vision and ball carrier instincts to find open running lanes and attack them. Like his ability to run hard between the tackles or turn the corner to the outside. Had a breakout junior season rushing for 2,053 yards and 33 touchdowns while racking up post season accolades including All-State honors and the Nor-Cal Co-Offensive Player of the Year. Recruitment is currently taking off with seven D1 offers coming in the last month bringing his total to 12.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Ideal length and growth potential for the D1 level carrying a lean 6'5” 180 lb. frame. He's a strider that can vertical and use his length and leaping ability to be a lethal jump ball threat downfield and in the redzone. Large catch radius and good extension allow him to bring in tough receptions outside his framework with ease, knows how to use his size to his advantage to box out defenders at the catch point. Shows good body control and coordination to adjust to ball flight and attack it in the air. Good burst and release moves off the LOS makes him tough to play press coverage against. A matchup nightmare for opposing defenses. Committed to Sacramento State at the end of January where he could transition to TE if he continues to add weight and fill out his frame. Finished with 53 receptions for 700 yards and seven touchdowns during his junior year.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Frazier is a gifted passer that set school records for passing yards and touchdowns in the 2024 season finishing with 2,697 yards and 31 touchdowns. Possesses a well-developed 6'4” 210 lb. frame that gives him good arm strength and zip to all three levels of the field. Throws a good ball with smooth arm action both from the pocket and on the run to either direction. Good ability to change up velocities and arm angles to throw a catchable and accurate ball. Shows good controlled footwork in his drop back and as he works through his progression, maintains balance and is never rushed. Ball placement is a strong suit with his ability to throw his receivers open and put it in a spot where only his guy can make a play on it. Also allows his receivers to run after the catch. Great composure and competitive attitude in crucial situations. No offers yet but he's got D1 size and skillset that will see his ranking and recruitment on the rise going forward. He's got a wide skillset with plus athleticism that could function as a receiver, blocker, or even transition to an Edge. Physical player that can fight through contact as a route runner and at the catch point, great ability to bring in tough contested receptions in traffic. Confident with his hands, he extends and catches the ball away from his body. Shows good reactionary quickness and flashes fast hands to adjust to quick passes. Does a good job attacking the short/intermediate levels and the middle of the field by finding the soft spot in coverage and establishing himself as a target. Brings strong contact and good balance as a blocker with the ability to sustain throughout the play and create running lanes. Brought in his initial college offer from Washington State over the summer but is expected to see increased attention going forward.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Hogge plays with an edge and is a physically dominant offensive lineman for Twelve Bridges. At 6'4” 280 lbs. he's got natural strength and power in his frame with good weight distribution and growth potential. A plus athlete that shows good movement skills and foot speed when working to the second level or pulling. Overpowers opponents in the run game and creates running lanes with heavy initial contact to move defenders off the line. Shows great balance at the POA staying inside his framework and attacking his blocks with good leverage and pad level. Demonstrates the ability to match lateral movement and stay in front in pass protection while using his hands to maintain positional leverage and keep a clean pocket. Didn't give up a sack playing LT in the 2024 season.
