Hider is truly a sleeper tight end prospects across the northern California region. He is a big bodied athlete that move well for his size, has the ideal length and build for the position and excels both in the run and pass game as a blocker and someone who can stretch the field. He checks into our update as a top 15 player at his position, and should draw plenty of FCS+ interest through his final prep season in the WCAL.

Big strong frame at 6’4” 230 lbs. He’s got a wide skillset with plus athleticism that could function as a receiver, blocker, or even transition to an Edge. Physical player that can fight through contact as a route runner and at the catch point, great ability to bring in tough contested receptions in traffic. Confident with his hands, he extends and catches the ball away from his body. Shows good reactionary quickness and flashes fast hands to adjust to quick passes. Does a good job attacking the short/intermediate levels and the middle of the field by finding the soft spot in coverage and establishing himself as a target. Brings strong contact and good balance as a blocker with the ability to sustain throughout the play and create running lanes. Brought in his initial college offer from Washington State over the summer but is expected to see increased attention going forward.
