Hardy is long and explosive out of his stance. He’s a long strider who snuck up on some defensive backs even when getting a large cushion. Hardy uses his length and can go up the ladder to get high balls over defensive backs.

Ideal length and growth potential for the D1 level carrying a lean 6’5” 180 lb. frame. He’s a strider that can vertical and use his length and leaping ability to be a lethal jump ball threat downfield and in the redzone. Large catch radius and good extension allow him to bring in tough receptions outside his framework with ease, knows how to use his size to his advantage to box out defenders at the catch point. Shows good body control and coordination to adjust to ball flight and attack it in the air. Good burst and release moves off the LOS makes him tough to play press coverage against. A matchup nightmare for opposing defenses. Committed to Sacramento State at the end of January where he could transition to TE if he continues to add weight and fill out his frame. Finished with 53 receptions for 700 yards and seven touchdowns during his junior year.
