Climbing the Rankings: Top Prospects Trending Up

Boeddeker is one of the top linebackers in the 2028 class across the state and is a do it all player that can stuff the run and cover downfield and has the athletic traits/cover abilities needed for new age college football. He has a quick trigger, good closing speed and is a very efficient tackler in the open field while taking the proper angles when knifing into the backfield. He shows quick change of direction when scraping over the top and fluid hips in coverage while able to turn and run downfield staying tight to the hip and is a very sure tackler that is violent at the POA. He's a highly instinctual player the fly's around and is always around the ball and should demand plenty of FBS/FCS attention.     Jones is a long and rangy player with the frame and build to continue adding weight and has good length and growth potential at the next level. He is a very smooth mover for his size, comes downhill quickly and can shock/shed off blocks in a hurry and covers a ton of ground in the open field. Jones also shows he packs a punch at the POA, can provide some pass rush abilities off the edge and has quick hands/hips around the corner with backside pursuit and closing speed. Look for him to fit nicely in as a designated pass rush type player in college and should only continue to grow and develop as a twitched up pass rusher.     Letuli is a low to the ground compact runner that gets behind his pads and can gain the tough yards inside when needed and is a strong and powerful runner. He rushed for over 1,000 yards as only a sophomore and is very tough to take down in the open field with elite contact balance and short area twitch to make tacklers miss in one on one situations. He also flashes a good initial burst through the first level, vision and cutback abilities and has third level speed in the clear to score on longer plays and force poor angles from defenders. With still two years left in his prep career, he should solidify himself as one of the top prospects in the class across the greater San Diego area over the next two seasons.     Bozeman should gather plenty more P4 attention and offers as his career continues to progress and he is a long and rangy explosive outside receiver with outstanding ball skills, high point abilities and is a contested catch monster. He shows he can create separation downfield, runs patient routes and can take the top off in the open field with long strides and good vision/wiggle after the catch. He checks into our rankings as a top 10 player at the position and he should be a 10+ offer guy by this time next year and currently has offers from the likes of Kentucky, Oregon, Oregon State and UCLA among others.     Savage offers good position versatility as a linebacker or safety and is a rangy player that covers a ton of ground when closing in on ball carriers and is a very good overall athlete with the ideal frame and mass for the next level. He is a highly instinctual player that can quickly sniff out plays, triggers quickly while packing a punch at the point of attack and is a very physical tackler in the box. His ability to cover/flip his hips without losing speed and make plays on the ball along with dropping into the box and play stout against the run makes him a very intriguing prospect for the next level and also offers some upside as well.
