He has the ability to run in-between the tackles but excels when he is able to get out on the perimeter. He has some shiftiness to him, being able to get skinny in the hole and find an opening. He was able to rush for over 1,000 yards this season and can be a game changer when he has the ball, using his vision to find a hole and bouncing it once he gets to the second level. He has a knack for making the first defender miss and getting skinny in the hole to get to the second level. He at times gets lost behind his lineman making it difficult for opposing defenses to bring him down. He is able to pick up chunk yardage by making the first defender miss and can drag would be tacklers if their teammates don't rally to the football. He has great vision and is able to find the hole quickly climbing to the second level and making things happen when he is able to bounce it to the outside. He figures to be the workhorse back next year and can turn a lot of heads this offseason if he hits the camp circuit. On offense he shows good speed being able to hit the hole getting to the second level and out running defenders in the open field. Shirazi plays a role in the return game as well, being able to flip the field with his speed and vision that sets the offense up for success.
