A shifty, elusive back with quick feet out of South Georgia, Foster may be on the smaller side, but he runs hard, and while his speed and quickness stand out first, Foster is a tough runner who has no problem lowering his shoulder into a defender. He runs with impressive balance, burst, and the ability to score on any particular play. This productive Valdosta back shared the load with two other fantastic runners, but still made a big impact as a sophomore last fall, rushing for 629 yards and eight touchdowns. He's one of the top returning backs in the area and picked up first first SEC offer this week from Vanderbilt.

A twitchy wideout and an impressive route-runner for his age, Watkins is one of the top 2027 wide receivers in South Georgia and showed the ability to pick up big yards after the catch. He can change directions well, shows strong hands when hauling in a tough catch, and shows enough lower body strength to break tackles after the catch. He runs well and still brings a lean 6-foot-2 16-5pound frame that should allow him to continue adding more muscle and mass over the next nine eight months. He caught 42 passes last fall as a sophomore for 832 yards and nine touchdowns. He's now added recent offers from Cal, South Florida, East Carolina, among others.

A big, powerful defensive tackle who can play low and get leverage on opposing linemen, Wooten was a force in the middle of one of the state's top defenses last year as a sophomore. He plays hard and gives good effort for someone his size with the ability to blow up a play in the backfield if not blocked properly. As a sophomore, playing against outstanding opponents on a weekly basis, Wooten made a big impact with his 29 tackles, four TFLs and one sack. He made things easier for everyone else and should have an even bigger junior season next fall. He's one of the state's top 2026 defensive line prospects with an impressive offer list, and today he earned a new one from LSU.

An impressive back with size, speed, and vision, Newkirk only played in six games last fall for Ola, but ran for an impressive 690 yards and eight touchdowns, rushing for a respectable 115 yards per game. The 5-foot-11 190-pounder does a great job of finding the hole and taking off through it, using his breakaway speed to score from anywhere on the field. He shows easy Power Four talent and continues to see new offers come his way. Now, the rising junior for Gainesville has seen a new offer come his way from the Auburn Tigers. He's a junior back to keep a close eye on next season. He's currently ranked as the No. 5 RB prospect in the state for the 2027 class.

A new offensive line prospect to know about in North Georgia, Burns is a mean, aggressive, lean interior guard who brings a lengthy 6-foot-6 285-pound frame to the table. He moves well, plays with good leverage, and was a pancake machine in the run game last fall. He can overpower defenders with his pure size and strength with the potential to continue adding more good weight and muscle over the next two years. His stock is on the rise, and now this promising lineman has earned a new offer from Pittsburgh. Look for Burns to be added to the next Prep Redzone rankings in the next spring update.
