PRZWV Stock Up Showcase WR Top Performers

There was plenty of talent on display throughout the camp and we're here to highlight the best of the best performers. Reese carved out a varsity role on a talented Highlanders' roster as a sophomore this season which speaks to his playmaking ability and promising future. We got to see Reese at our previous camp last spring where he also had a solid showing but stepped up big nearly a year later with an MVP performance. Reese's skill set is perfect for 1-on-1s given his size and quickness which resulted in numerous winning reps. Bennett earned WR Top Performer honors as one of the bigger and more physical receivers in attendance. As one of the longer and more filled-out receivers there, Bennett used his frame well during 1-on-1s to shield off the smaller DBs at the camp. Burdette is a legit 6'2 215 athlete who can run and blocks well on Friday nights as a versatile TE. He's a big-bodied target which worked to his advantage during 1-on-1s with quality athleticism to match it. In session 1, Kehler was a standout RB/LB and did so again as a WR in session 2. The freshman playmaker has a very bright future for the Hawks with D1 pedigree as older brother Brock signed with WVU wrestling this cycle with the younger Kehler being a very good wrestler in his own right too. As a freshman varsity starter, Kehler totaled over 1,000 all-purpose yards and 35 tackles on defense as a two-way player. He's a smooth fluid athlete even as a freshman who can change direction quickly and cut on a dime. He's undersized right now but showed explosiveness in his route running during 1-on-1s. Marshall is a tough cover in man coverage, especially if you don't jam him at the line. He's twitchy in route breaks which created separation and allowed him to consistently get open. Marshall plays well in space and has shown flashes of being dynamic with the ball in his hands and in the open field. He's the type of athlete that you can utilize in a variety of ways on offense and can scheme into big plays. Watch for him on the Eagles' varsity team next season with the potential to have a breakout year. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
