He has 464 all-purpose yards and 9 touchdowns through the first three games, along with 2 interceptions on defense. Kehler is a high-level athlete who can do it all for the Hawks, and D1 colleges are beginning to take notice and see why we consider him the #1 ATH in the 2028 class. He’s made stops at WVU, Marshall, and Kent State for agmeday visits so far this season, and we expect one of those programs to extend Kehler his first offer soon.

One of the more well-known prospects in West Virginia for the 2028 class is University ATH Brody Kehler Brody Kehler 5'11" | 175 lbs | ATH University | 2028 State WV . If you didn’t know him from his work as a freshman on the football field last season, Kehler made sure you couldn’t forget after winning a state championship as a wrestler earlier this year in his first year of high school. High-level athletic bloodlines run in the Kehler family, with older brother Brock heading off to WVU to wrestle. The younger Kehler will make his name known as one of the top athletes in the state for four years, with a high football ranking coming later this summer when our 2028 class makes their debut.

Kehler was the other big weapon for Motown. When Mickens was going deep, it was Kehler creating space over the middle and beating tight man coverage. Kehler is a very balanced receiver and has a good combination of footwork and athleticism. I know Kehler wasn’t the star of the show for Motown, but I think his future is just as bright as the other top performers from Motown Mafia.

He’ll see the bulk of his touches at running back on offense for the Hawks but is a very good receiver in his own right as well which he displayed at last month’s camp. Kehler has D1 bloodlines with older brother Brock heading to WVU to wrestle, and Brody is very talented in that sport as well. His future as a football prospect could bring D1 attention in time and will be a household name at University for four years.

Not only was he a top performer with the running backs group, he made standout plays with the receivers, defensive backs and linebackers!
