brings a rare combination of size and athletic presence that’s hard to miss. At 6’4, 205, Lewis is a physically imposing target who can simply go up and get the football, using his basketball background and leaping ability to win above defenders. Lewis creates advantages before the ball is even thrown, forcing defensive backs to play through his frame, and that shows up in contested situations and red zone opportunities. That same build carries over as a blocker on the perimeter, where Lewis can control defenders and spring big plays. As he continues to develop, Lewis has the tools to become a true matchup problem on the outside in college, with upside to move around positionally.

continues to develop and progress year over year for the Hawks and is beginning to showcase the D1 ability we saw in him as a freshman. He can still take his game to new levels in his senior year and beyond, but Lewis’ physical traits are going to appeal to major college programs over the off-season and into his senior season. He had 41 catches for 611 yards and 8 touchdowns this season, along with 50 tackles and 3 interceptions on defense, where he could also play at the next level as a potential future ATH in the rankings.

has continued to make an impact in multiple roles for the Hawks. He’s contributed effectively on both sides of the ball and in special teams, showing the kind of versatility that makes him hard to game-plan against. Lewis has seen time at safety as well as EDGE/OLB this season, and his combination of size and athleticism gives him upside as a defensive prospect at the next level. As the postseason progresses, he remains a high-potential playmaker to watch.

has showcased his athletic versatility through the first five games of the season. He’s done some good things in a variety of positions and roles for the Hawks in all three phases of the game. His size and athleticism could take him in several different directions as a college prospect. Defense may be his ultimate future, where he’s played both safety and EDGE/OLB this season. Lewis is still a high upside and potential player as he continues to develop his role.

can be as good as he wants to be. He’s flashed high-level upside and potential during the first two years of his high school career, but needs to take the next step to begin seeing P4 offers. Lewis is a no-doubt D1 prospect with the size and athleticism that he possesses. If he falls in love with the game and development process, Lewis will see a lot of college offers in his future.

from University put his ranking on display at the Winter Exposure Showcase and earned one of the WR MVP awards. Lewis stood out among the receiver group right away and passed the eye test in person from a physical standpoint. You can tell he has the frame to still add considerable size over the next two and half years of his high school career. Lewis is a gifted natural athlete who is still just scratching the surface of his ceiling as a football prospect and will likely have college basketball options as well. His combination of size and athleticism made him one of the top 1-on-1 performers of the night and was a tough matchup for the DB group to defend.

was ranked as the #1 basketball prospect in the class by our sister site Prep Hoops WV and makes his debut as a football prospect as the #2 overall player and #1 WR in the class. Lewis is a freak athlete with tremendous size who may one day outgrow the WR position and become a TE depending on how his body develops over the next three years. An effortless dunker on the basketball court, Lewis’ leaping ability translates to the football field with a high catch radius and ability to outjump defenders for the ball. He has the speed to run away from defenders in the open field and will only continue to get faster as he gets older. Lewis’ size, athleticism, and natural playmaking combination give him a P4 ceiling capable of big things over the next three seasons.
Check out the second clip below against Brooke last season as a freshman to see the type of playmaking ability Lewis is capable of.

will be one of the top receivers in this class up until he graduates. The 6’4 185 freshman has freaky athletic traits for a young athlete and has a great athletic foundation to build on. He’s an effortless dunker on the basketball court where he’s also a great rebounder and that translates to the football field too. Lewis’ leaping ability allows him to go up and high point passes easily and he can extend over defenders with his combination of length and hops. He also showed signs of having good ball skills and can snag tough contested catches while absorbing contact. Lewis was a productive freshman for the Hawks this season snagging 15 passes for 332 yards and 3 touchdowns averaging over 22 yards per catch. Although he’s raw right now, I’m also confident that Lewis will be a D1 football prospect in the future.
