Offensive linemen don't always get the attention they deserve. Going through film this offseason, there are a few linemen who keep standing out. They may not be widely recognized yet, but they have the traits and play style to take a step forward this season.

Here are five unranked offensive linemen who are flying under the radar right now but are positioned to break out in 2026.

2027 George Washington OL [player_tooltip player_id='1165216' first='Parker' last='Chapman'] is one of those players who got overshadowed by some teammates last season, along their offensive line, but the film tells a different story. Playing next to some bigger names up front, he quietly did his job and did it well, helping open lanes for a 1,600-yard freshman back. He's not the biggest lineman at 6'0, 250, but he plays with natural leverage and understands how to win with it. Chapman fires off the ball, gets underneath defenders, and uses strong hands to stay connected through the rep. What really stands out is how quick he is for his size. His feet are active, he moves well in space, and he doesn't look out of place against bigger bodies. There's a lot to like here, and Chapman feels like a player who could take a noticeable jump this season.

2027 Ripley OL [player_tooltip player_id='1924855' first='Ian' last='King'] looks the part the moment you turn the film on. At 6'3, 290, King has the kind of frame that's going to catch a college coach's eye right away, but it's not just size with him. King plays with real strength and finishes blocks with intent, and you'll see it show up over and over with pancakes on tape. He's a people mover who brings power at the point of attack, and King uses strong hands to control defenders once he's engaged. What makes him even more interesting is how well he moves for his size. King has solid feet, can climb to the second level when asked, and doesn't look stiff doing it. There's real value here in an unranked prospect, and King feels like a player who could start getting more attention quickly this season.

2027 Wyoming East OL [player_tooltip player_id='2090855' first='Gabe' last='Shrewsbury'] is a player who might not get a lot of attention, but the film shows someone doing a lot of things right. Coming from an under-the-radar program, Shrewsbury held his own as a junior and even lined up at right tackle at 5'10, 250, which says a lot about the trust the staff had in him on the edge. Shrewsbury plays with a physical mindset and brings consistent effort, working through the whistle and staying engaged. His stocky build gives him a strong lower half, and when Shrewsbury squares defenders up, he's tough to get around. He keeps his hands tight and inside, which helps him control his man and stay balanced. There's a lot to like here, and Shrewsbury feels like a player who could draw D2 attention this season and be a really solid pickup at the D3 level.

2027 Sherman OL [player_tooltip player_id='1332163' first='Danny' last='Cabell'] is hard to miss the second you turn the film on. Cabell stands out immediately on tape at 6'3 320, especially at the Class A level, where that kind of size is rare. He lines up at center and brings a physical presence, but Cabell is still raw and developing. He has the frame and natural strength that colleges look for, and with improvements in his footwork and overall athleticism, he could take a big step forward this season. Right now, Cabell feels like a big ball of clay with a lot of potential to be molded by a college program as a prospect with upside and potential. If his technique starts to catch up to his size, Cabell could look like a completely different player and put himself in position for an All-State type senior season.

2028 Hedgesville OL [player_tooltip player_id='1810577' first='Liam' last='Foote'] isn't the biggest lineman at 5'11, 230, but he's one of the more productive players up front for the Eagles. Foote plays with an edge and brings a level of physicality you have to have at that size. He shows good short-area quickness as a pulling guard, and Foote is comfortable getting out in space and climbing to the second level to find work. The effort stands out right away on tape. Foote plays hard, finishes blocks, and competes through the whistle. For a young player, Foote is a strong athlete who isn't afraid to mix it up and has shown he can get bigger defensive linemen on the ground. There's a lot to build on here, and Foote feels like a player who will keep trending up as he develops physically.
