Sherman will have an imposing presence in the middle of its offensive line with 2027 OL Danny Cabell returning at center. Cabell’s 6’3 320 frame gives the Tide plenty of size up front, especially at the Class A level, and he brings physicality to the position. He still has room to improve his footwork and overall movement, but his natural strength and frame give him plenty to work with. Cabell’s leadership up front will be important as the Tide works to maintain their explosive offense.

Cabell stands out immediately on tape at 6’3 320, especially at the Class A level, where that kind of size is rare. He lines up at center and brings a physical presence, but Cabell is still raw and developing. He has the frame and natural strength that colleges look for, and with improvements in his footwork and overall athleticism, he could take a big step forward this season. Right now, Cabell feels like a big ball of clay with a lot of potential to be molded by a college program as a prospect with upside and potential. If his technique starts to catch up to his size, Cabell could look like a completely different player and put himself in position for an All-State type senior season.
